Has anyone checked out the updated spoilers for today on this site... it says...
Lulu and Nikolas are headed for a fall.

Can't wait to see what type of interaction these two will have. I almost always enjoy Nik and Lulu scenes. Anything that will give me something to talk/post about other than Lulu's introduction of Uncle Ethan to the kids.

Hey WB…did you mean to respond to my post last night? I didn’t see anything posted….OH well…maybe you will remember what you wanted to say and post today….LOL!

I see we have no drama in here so far today….LOL….good let’s keep it that way.

I hope we start getting some Lulu soon, I want to see her meet Dominic/Dante. Johnny I think will have his drama with Sonny/Olivia and Claws. Not into the teen scene and could care less about Spixie!

According to someone who says they are GCBG at DD (there have been impersonators recently) none of the new stories: Spixie, murdery mystery, JoLivia did well at the focus groups. The insider refused to say which were considered horrible and which were bad, but tweakable, but nothing was good. Apparently they were shocked that Spixie's romance got such a bad result since it has barely started. He went on to say we can expect some big changes in stories in early September (since they film ahead) due to this.

All I can say is they better go with M&M and not JoHo if Spixie and JoLivia are getting the axe. The former JoLu fan in me is laughing that they ruined a well-tested pairing to try JoHo and got a mess instead because they waited too long on Spixie and folks are tired of them.

Can this also mean that Ethan might not be Lulu's brother? Seriously I would love to see him with Lulu.

Thanks for the good vibes Skylie. I'm hanging in there in the book. I'm just not a very patient person so good or bad I just want something to happen.

Then there's Tootsie .(Johnny) The contender never liked the kid to begin with but now that he's hooking up with Mrs. Robinson, its just too much. He keeps sending him on dangerous missions but someone taught the damned idiot how to duck. Fortunately, he doesn't seem to be an issue because come mid-July Mrs. Robinson is dry humping his leg and ready to go for more(A LOT MORE) but they do get interrupted before they can go for the gold. Gidget on Crack and Red Chief have been joy riding and somewhere just short of Hwy 1 the joy went right out of the ride.

Unfortunately Tootsie gets an eye full in the interim and beats a path to Traci Nelson's front door and the welcome mat is out.

Had computer issues yesterday, so it kept me offline for a while until they could get sorted out, which we've done...fortunately!

I missed the drama yesterday...glad to see all is well now!

Yesterday bored me again...

Ethan, I am liking less these days...he's getting swarmy! Maybe that's what the writers want. This bit with him lurking in the shadows is creepy! I can see what's happening...Rebecca, I do think, is falling for Nik honestly. Ethan...he is still all about the game/scam. So, he'll perhaps blow her being in cohoots with him out of the water eventually.

Kristina and Michael I am fed up with! OK, Alexis (nor any parent) is not perfect and we all do things we wish we had not done, but the level of disrespect from those two was ridiculous! Isn't Kristina also pretending to be something she's not? Good girl, straight A student with a bright future who also happens to be a manipulative heck raiser? KIDS!

The Spixie scenes were also ridiculous yesterday...Courtly Love? What brainiac thought that one up??? I see Maxie had to check with Robin again (It's good to have a smart cousin to "school" you when you haven't a clue. When Spin said "Courtly Love" I was about ready to hear Maxie ask, "Isn't she a rock singer??" DUH!) about what Courtly Love meant...nope, sorry, Maxie, it means no "nookie!"

I can see a few things about to happen as they are being played now...

Michael is perhaps going to get himself into major trouble...hopefully he won't take Morgan along for the ride.

Nik and Lulu, I fear, are going to feel totally duped by Rebecca/Ethan. Oh great...Lulu feeling like the fool again. Sound familiar???

Maxie's going to go trotting back to Johnny because she needs her sex, which Spin won't give her. Maybe she'll do it to force him to give into her. This might be where she begins causing trouble for Jolivia. I'm not sure Olivia's going to suck Maxie's interference up like Lulu did though.

My dislike for Jolivia has absolutely nothing to do with being a Jolu fan in the past either...Jolivia, I admit, were a hot pairing at first, yes...and it put Johnny in a light people found refreshing, simply because away from Lulu, he jumped into a relationship where all he had to do is think with the head NOT on top of his shoulders. At this point, I think Olivia is actually putting Lulu's rose colored glasses on with Johnny...he's a mobster in training, Olivia...not a good little boy who got caught up in the big bad mob. He's where he wants to be. I just find them to be a turn off, though I do know some people like them. Olivia is having fun with her boy toy and Johnny's fulfilling his desires and his mommy issues and that's what I find unappealing.

Will someone please just bump off Claudia already...got news for her...far more people than Jax know about those DVDs and what really happened! Jax, well, I understand his not wanting to upset Carly because of her pregnancy, but really, in not telling her about the DVDs straight away, he did exactly what Johnny did by not being straight with what he knew about Michael's shooting with Lulu...he made a bad situation much worse by keeping quiet. I just want to see this woman take a fall at some point! Well, Daddy Z's coming back perhaps and I also heard Jerry Jacks may be returning too, so Claudia's life might get even more complicated! How much more tangled can the web get??

As far as couples go, I would also rather have Jolivia rather than JoMax. I'm not sure I want Lulu/Ethan if they aren't siblings. They kind of ruined him for me. Thinking about couplings just makes my head spin again!

ITA with you on Ethan being ruined. What gives? They have these hot young men who start off incredibly well written, making women swoon over them and wanting them for their fav female character, and they become train wrecks.

I never liked Logan, he ended up exactly as I would have expected a grabby, manipulative jerk like him to end up, but he wasn't written that way right off the bat. They could have made him be less grabby and whiny and had him be the thorn in JoLu's side. He could have gotten Lulu in hot water with AZ while only trying to get Johnny in hot water. Perfect angst. Ignored to make him a nut case.

Then we have Johnny, the hottest thing IMO to his PC since Sonny's arrival. What do they do to him? Well right when everyone is ready to see him shed his icky family/sister and triumph as either a mob prince or a regular business man, they make him a gigolo and take the guy who was never supposed to cheat and make him a cheater who wants the enemy. Then instead of leaving him a relationship free jerk, they immediately try to pair him with Maxie and when that fails dump him on Olivia (which ok better than JoHo), but again be lies his "I don't want to have to take care of innocent people" speech. Johnny free of an attachment and being crazy is hot. Johnny as a boy toy who likes to bed hop is not.

Here comes Ethan at a time when the former golden boy is tarnished for many. He's light, funny and charming and he's perfect for Lulu. They could have had a funny, bickering relationship that could have rivaled early L&L. What do the genius presented with this rare opportunity do? The make him her brother and ditch all his charm and charisma to make him a smarmy, con man who dresses like a pimp. Yes, he was always a con man, but a charming rogue is fun, what they made him is not fun or rootable.

Even Sonny, though not young, used to be charming. The devil with dimples they called him. Now he's basically a recluse (does he ever leave that house?) who bullies good people (he only used to bully the bad ones who needed it) and who isn't smart enough to see through Claudia.

Why do the wreck all the men? True all the women are doormats or tramps, but the men are horribly written too.

Soaps In Depth is now confirming on their website, Lisa LoCicero (Olivia Falconeri) has signed a contract with the ABC soap General Hospital.

Lisa first appeared on the ABC soap in September 2008 as Olivia Falconeri, Kate Howard's (Megan Ward) cousin and showed up at Sonny and Kate's wedding, invited by Sonny (Maurice Benard) to surprise Kate.

As the storyline unfolded on screen, we soon found out that Kate, Olivia, and Sonny all grew up together in Bensonhurst. Olivia soon revealed she has a child fathered by Sonny, though she has kept the child from him for the past 20 years. Her son, Dante, is now in Port Charles and is working for the Zaccharra's mob organization. Changing his name to Dominic to protect his mother from the dangerous life of a mobster, Dominic ...er Dante, has no idea he is about to go head to head with his father, Sonny Corinthos.

Will Olivia's secret be a secret much longer now that her son is in the same town as his father? Stay tuned to ABC's General Hospital to find out!

Lulu was indeed for Dante but things are being changed right now on this front, cant tell you more because i dont know.

Elizabeth will feel attracted to Nikolas and this attraction will only grow but she will fight it because she also wants Lucky back. More to come on that front because rewrites are happening too.

Carly's pregnancy becomes even riskier and sorry to say this to fans of carly and jax but i dont see their child surviving the rewrites that are going on right now.

they are planning a full blown triangle with Sonny/Olivia/Claudia, very much like the old Sonny/Lily/Brenda's old triangle, Sonny playing the same role, Olivia being Brenda but the twist is of course Claudia is no Lily. Stay tuned


Spinelli and Maxie will have some good times and this time no sleaze.

Johnny is falling for Olivia but she is unfortunately just using Johnny to hide from Sonny. Dante will catch on pretty quickly and hates Sonny even more.

This is OT, but since we all discussed Twilight I wanted to ask if anyone else saw they were making The Vampire Diaries into a TV series starring that really hot guy who played Boone on Lost?

I read the initial 4 books in high school although I just read the first 3 came out in 91 and the fourth in 92 (before I hit high school) after fans protested the bad ending the thrid book had. Anyway there are more books and there will be a TV series.

The books were an ok read at the time, haven't looked at them since, but I'd watch the show based on the guy from Lost being in it.

Wow...some really wild storms rocked us here in PA last night! Such a rainy summer thus far!

I've just done some looking about at GHH and Daytime Confidential...looks like some things we've been hearing about will happen...

The karaoke thing at Jakes...I saw Spixie, Scrubs, Diane, Rebecca and even Lulu at the mic in pics...so at least our Lulu is going to have some fun! The pics are at GHH site.

Jason was visiting Daddy Z in jail in a pic at GHH, so Bruce Weitz is coming back...Sabastian Roche (Jerry) is set to return briefly on the 17th.

I have a feeling that the upcoming tragedy has nothing to do with Jolivia...would make sense. They wouldn't give Lisa a contract and then bump her off. I honestly like Lisa and Olivia as a character...I just am not on the Jolivia bus.

The tragedy coming, I think, may have something to do with Michael and that shiny new car his dad just bought him. There was something mentioned about an accident and maybe something involving Kristina's friend Kiefer...the one who had a smackdown with Michael at Jakes. So, perhaps Michael is going to be responsible for someone's death...now, that might bring him down a few pegs!

I guess Ric is completely gone and the slight scene we got of him recently is the last we're going to see of him...some send off! I have a feeling Megan Ward (Kate) is going next...just leaving PC in shame, as a spoiler says.

We have Ronnie Marmo coming as Ronnie on the 9th...I cannot really pinpoint who he is supposed to be, but with GH's track record, I'd say another mobster...PC never has enough of them! If you type the actor's name into Google, you come up with his site. For some reason, when I look at him, I see an older version of Johnny. Now, if our Lulu is not going with Dante...how about Ronnie?

I'd say, from what is mentioned that Spixie seems a go and Olivia, she may end up back with Sonny, leaving Johnny with a broken heart. I really don't mean to sound cruel, as I do still love BB as an actor, but the character? He deserves to have his heart trashed! I know that sounds nasty, but I just feel that way, considering he's moved on to a hot, steamy affair with Olivia like someone belches after a big dinner...one big explosion and it's back to normal!

Dante is revealed. (Happens this Tuesday...it seems the reveal to Sonny might not actually happen for a while, but the viewers will learn for sure that Dominic is Dante.)

Ethan's jealousy of Rebecca's feelings for Nikolas is a real problem.

A new character (played by Ronnie Marmo)
makes his debut. He will play a role in the unfolding Sonny/Zacchara story. (This is why I think he may be a mobster...OR maybe he could be a Fed?)

A mystery caller contacts Jason. (Might be Daddy Z, from what I read.)

Olivia says one thing--her actions say another. (Sorry, Johnny! I think you are about to feel the same sting you made Lulu feel!)

Claudia's already complicated life gets more complex. (Um...how much more complicated can it get???)


Jason makes a jailhouse visit. (To see Daddy Z.)

Sonny and Claudia get into an argument. (Yet again!)

Sonny gives Jason and Johnny orders; they prove to be an effective duo, but their target escapes death.


Johnny begins to wonder if Olivia is still carrying a torch for Sonny. (I'd say she is!)

Lulu continues in her efforts to bring Ethan and Lucky together when everyone end up at Jake's for K night. Speaking of which...will Spin's voice get an electronic assist? (This is the only mention of Lulu I see out there.)

Someone receives a proposal. (This was under a pic of Spixie at GHH...would Spin do that???)


Claudia gets the news she's been praying for. (Maybe the bun in the oven IS Sonny's?)


Sonny makes another play for Olivia. (Sorry, Johnny!)

A tragic event involving Kiefer forces Michael and Kristina
to go on the run; Jason and Sam will be in pursuit.
Look for Dante and Ronnie to be in on the action;
Jerry Jax offers his help. (I guess Kristina and Michael take over Jolu's on the run status this summer!)

Ethan pressures Rebecca for money.

Spin and Maxie finally make love again, and this time it appears to be the real thing!

Rebecca decides against moving in with Nikolas, turns down his offer of financial help, and moves in with the Q's instead! (Gee...that house must have elastic walls!)

Still bugs me that there's little action for Lulu. I don't know just when JMB's contract is up (I thought it was May.) but I fear she's going if we don't soon see more for her. Unless they are planning something...

As someone else recently said here, really, the writers have left the door open for Jolu, Jomax and any other combination we can think of...I loathe that they do that. It's sort of "Oh, if this doesn't stick, we'll keep something on the backburner yet and see what else sticks" mentality! I think it's part of what is ruining the show...totally no character or relationship development!

You could get Jolu again if Lulu happens to catch Johnny's fall after Jolivia, because I really do think Olivia is headed for Sonny with the Dante reveal...as has been said, it seems GH wanted to jump on the Cougar Bandwagon like AMC is doing. Jolivia became Johnny's thing post Jolu to lighten him up a bit and also dragged him back into the mob where he said he belonged, and I think that was the plot point of it all. Something could also happen for Lulu with this Ronnie guy...though if he's a mobster, I'd rather give that a pass! One swipe of a pen could also make Ethan NOT a Spencer too...so there's endless possibilities. Lulu hasn't had a romantic "thing" past Jolu...so the door is open to either send her back to Johnny (ONLY if he's learned a lesson and shows some initiative to be different toward her and treat her well would I like that; and I just cannot see it at this point) or send her to a newbie...Matt, Ronnie or whomever.

I want to scream at them comparing Brenda/Sonny/Lily to Olivia/Sonny/Claudia. Olivia is NOT and never will be Brenda.

Brenda (sorry to CarSon fans) was the love of Sonny's life. We saw their relationship build for over a year before she betrayed him with the wire and he cut her out of his life to marry milque toast Lily for business reasons. We saw Sonny and Brenda longing for each other during his marriage. We had flashbacks to their good times to remind us what they were missing while they were apart. We could see that Lily was a bad fit because Sonny didn't love her and she was a boring floral wearing teacher obsessed with having a baby to replace the one she was forced to give up. The triangle had a shocking ending as Brenda married Jax at the moment Lily (thank the soap gods) got blown up putting us out of our misery back in the day when they knew not to beat a dead horse of a character or a story. Fans hated her she was gone. Then it bled into the Sonny/Brenda/Jax triangle. That story was the ideal of how a triangle and a quadrangle should be done. The stories between Brenda/Sonny and Brenda/Jax are how love stories should be written.

Sonny married Claudia for business and she is carrying a child he didn't really ask for. End of similarities.

Sonny and Olivia may once have had a thing but we didn't see it play out, heck he talked about Connie Falconari to Brenda once but I never heard Nosy Nellie's name come up until she barged in on Kate's wedding. And a couple conversations between them does not make her Brenda. Had we seen their love story play out (ie: dates, fights, love scenes not talking a handful of times which is what all romances start as these days and yes, JoHo, I am talking about you) I could see her being a rival for his business deal wife, but we didn't see it so I don't care. I'm not longing to see them together because the characters have nothing to long about. Cue flashback to chatting on couch. Sigh. Not.

And for all that Lily drove me nuts and I hated her guts, at least you could see Sonny trying to make a life with her and trying to be good to her even though he didn't love her. And no, Guza, he didn't love her no matter how you try to re-write the Labines work. Lily was a good, if boring, person. Claudia is horrible and Sonny is horrible to her when he remembers she exists. Yes it's a repeat of a baby keeping him with a woman he doesn't love, but we know this time he will cheat. The Sonny from the Labine era wouldn't cheat, he had honor, that was the angst since all Brenda wanted was to get him back in bed and he wouldn't cheat. Where's the angst now? He'll fall into bed with Olivia because all men cheat and not loving Claudia will be his reason it's ok whereas not loving Lily and not wanting to hurt her were his reasons (aside from honor) for staying away from Brenda.

See Sonny used to be Mr. Honor and Jason was Anger Boy.

Sorry for the rant, but comparing anything written by Guza and involving Claudia to Sonny/Brenda makes me see red.

Sonny/Olivia/Claws is like Sonny/Brenda/Lily……have they lost their ever lovin minds???????? Who in the he!! thought of that bright idea…..THEY are NOTHING like Sonny/Brenda and Lily and NEVER will be!!!!!

Guza is an a$$ who tries to rewrite history and is failing big time!!! Does he think the viewers who WATCHED that trio think they would be similar??? I DON’T think so Guza…..I wish he would STOP screwing with the history of this show….Luke/Laura….Sonny/Brenda….etc!
