Hi Ladies,

Samilu, I am so sorry to hear about your loss. I can so empathize with you, having had to make the same decision with two of our Yorkies in the past. Our pets are a part of our family too and their loss hurts just as much as the human members of our family. My thoughts and good wishes go out to you.

I'm so tired of the whole karma thing with Lulu. Whatever one's feelings on karma or "payback" are, I think I am pretty safe in saying that Lulu's more than paid her "debt" for wrongdoings in the past. Most of that debt was at the hands of Maxie Jones. She humiliated her with the whole mess with Logan, she's been the repeated catalyst for angst with Jolu, and it really bothered me how she seemed to be what got the ball rolling for Johnny wanting to take the blame for Logan's murder by telling Johnny that she didn't think Lulu would get off on a plea of self defense because of the prior wrench incident. Maxie didn't think Mac would buy self defense a second time. I agree the prior incident would have been a challenge, but hey, lots of people have gotten off with a lot less evidence. Lulu saw Maxie get attacked and then Logan turned his sights on Lulu and entered the apartment with an ax, chopping down the front door. I don't think there would have been much problem with getting a jury to believe Lulu felt her life was in danger. If someone just wants to talk to you, then they don't hack your door down with an ax. In any case, all of that is water under the bridge, unfortunately. Not being able to properly deal with what happened was what made Lulu have the mental breakdown, so even before all heck started breaking loose with Jolu, Lulu suffered greatly. As was said, she's paid any debts for past wrongdoings.

Maxie, she never pays for anything. Ok, when it comes to suffering, I can buy people thinking she's suffered with Georgie's death and Cooper's death as well. If Maxie didn't use her dead sister to gain sympathy at every turn, I might feel sorry about that. My empathy also went out the window when she turned Georgie's funeral into taking pot shots at Felicia in front of a group of mourners. Cooper, she was stringing along by still playing around with Logan, which is why she and Cooper had the falling out. I felt sorry for him, as I do for Spin now in how he's being used.

To allow JoMax to get away with everything unscathed will be horrible. The writers need to let Lulu and Spin have their deserved day as well with all of this...

1. I would prefer to have Lulu end things in a dignified, graceful way with Johnny and it's important that those secrets eventually do come out and the wool get pulled away from her eyes.

2. I would like to see Spin wake up and turn off to Maxie in a big way. Having her lose her job would also be great, but I cannot see Kate firing Maxie. Having her lose the apartment would be good too...I just basically want this girl's world to crumble at this point.

3. I do want to see Johnny show some regret for having done what he has. If he ever had any genuine feelings for Lulu (and I do think he did...the writers just seemed to want to make us forget that this was the same guy who used to fight to keep Lulu safe and took a murder rap for her) I cannot see him just ending things and go "Oh well...what's next??" I think he will throw himself back into the mob and get dark as he did when he left Lulu at Shadybrook. I also liked the spoiler which said he'd get drunk and Luke would throw him out of the Haunted Star. I'd love to see that! Luke's been seemingly favoring Ethan over everyone else these days, so why not have Johnny get some of that treatment? It would be even funnier to me if Ethan would be the one to toss him out. Whatever the case, I want Johnny to do some suffering. It's only fair.

I guess today we get Lulu trying to eliminate Johnny as Crimson Boy. Part of me does not like that they are having her do this...suggesting Ethan, now Matt. It kind of makes her look a bit desperate in trying to hold on to her relationship or what's left of it. I do like that it'll PO Maxie though. I am not sure how we'll see Johnny react. Maybe he'll be upset about being ousted because of the money? Not sure. I do not buy that he'd be jealous of someone else escorting Maxie though. Wasn't that all for the money and wasn't Lulu the only woman for him? Oh, I forgot, this guy never quite follows through with having his actions match his words!

I just wish the writers were not dragging this out as they seemingly are...let's have a breakup, get it over with and see what everyone involved does after that. I know we are at least heading there this week!

I don’t count Coop or Georgie as punishment for Maxie because their deaths were not the direct result of anything she did (and hey she blames Lulu for Georgie ). It would be like saying Laura’s condition or Lucky’s addiction were a punishment for Lulu. They were bad things that happened to her, but Maxie has never had to suffer a consequence for anything she has done . Lulu suffers for forgetting to thank the bathroom attendant. I’m just so tired of Maxie getting away with everything.

And Johnny does need to suffer too. I keep spinning this story where Ethan is a Cassadine sent to seduce and marry Luke’s daughter. Lulu finds out and, with Ethan, concocts a plot where Nik pretends to go Stavros and marries Lulu off to Ethan so Helena won’t catch on that her plan was outted. Johnny would run in to stop in just as Nik slips the Cassadine crest over Lulu’s head and welcomes her to the family. He’d have no clue Lulu was in a MOC going up against the nutso family. Can you imagine Luke coming back in the fall to Lulu being Mrs. Cassadine?

Well after today’s Ethan/Lulu Matt/Maxie scenes there’s no doubt Maxie will go for the jugular by sleeping with Johnny!

I think Maxie will run and tell Johnny that not only did he lose his job at Crimson, but his GF is cheating on him…hence the fight!

Why did TIIC do this to Lulu? The haters will be out in full force tonight man!

Aerinha, I agree with you about the Cooper and Georgie thing. It's just that whenever one brings up the idea of Maxie getting the short end of the stick, it seems that her having to endure those two deaths is always brought up. I agree...neither death was the result of anything she did. We all experience losses and those were two very tragic ones.

Skylie, I am worried you may be right. Oh of course Maxie's going to go ballistic now. For once, Kate seemed to sort of side with Lulu for a change. I liked how Kate made the point that everyone can be replaced...yes even YOU, Maxie!

I do fear the thing with Ethan, which Lulu was doing in jest, will come back to bite her in the butt with Johnny...kind of like how Maxie dared Lulu in the game of chance for the date with Johnny and he came walking in and was not pleased he was being made a "bargaining chip." (Yet he has no problem with being a gigolo for Crimson and being used that way...but then, he is being paid.) I can see Maxie going straight to Johnny telling him that Lulu got him fired and also went out with Ethan to boot! So then that makes Lulu look like the cheater then. Frankly, Lulu could still go out with "tall, dark, and gruesome" (Ethan) and it still wouldn't make her look as bad as Johnny or Maxie at this point.

Welcome! By all means, rant away! I could not agree more about Johnny. I laughed at the cornflakes comment, by the way! It was fine when he was this dark, mysterious sort of guy...a mystery for Lulu to crack. The writers started things off nicely and had the makings of a great couple and messed it up big time! As I said the other day, I realize Johnny had a tough life, was never really loved by anyone except his mother and Lulu (Ok, maybe Claudia loves him in her own twisted way, but for her, love always has a condition attached.) and he's a screwed up dude, but when he continually acts the way he does, keeps putting everyone else but Lulu first on his list and treats the woman he claims the love like a piece of garbage, then my empathy for him goes out the window. It's like continually allowing someone with an addiction of some sort a pass because they have a problem, yet they continue to be destructive, hurt themselves and others and have no interest in taking the steps to change what is wrong with their life. Johnny could choose to fix things will Lulu. Heaven knows he's had an opportunity several times to do so but would rather take the coward's role out. I suppose because he never had to struggle for much being a rich mobster's son, the challenge seems like too much trouble. It's easier to take the defeatist role. The thing is, will he or won't he decide later on when all he's set into motion actually happens the way he's been planning it and Lulu's goes bye bye that he wishes he would have done things differently?

Hey LadyStar.....So glad you came back! Missed you! I'm worried also that TPTB will make this all Lulu's fault so HoHo's indescretion's are justified. Again Lulu loses to the Ho!

BTW has everyone called the commentline to say how much you like the M&M scenes today? If not please do! We may not get Jolu but at least we can fight against the HoHo's!

ITA that Kate seemd to side with Lulu today about Maxie. Maybe she was remembering Carly and Claudia one-upping her with Sonny and had some compassion for once!

I wonder how Spinelli will take Lulu's little one-up on Maxie? Well he didn't tell Lulu about the garage kiss and almost having sex........so he shouldn't be too upset with her, IMO.

Seriously we need to flood the phone-lines, and mailboxes with our disgust of the fight, HoHO not having to suffer for their action's, etc., etc.. Go down fighting!

Liked the Lulu and Ethan scenes today...she had some spark and spunk instead of saddness and sorrow! Thought JMB/Lulu looked very pretty also! The Ho needs to comb her hair over those extensions....they're showing in the back; as well as her roots on top!!! Still want M&M......although I don't like Maxie, she and Jason Cook have awesome chemistry! Leave it to TIIC to miss out on a sure rating booster and exciting storyline. Still they scratch their heads/a.sses wondering WHY!

Ladies...

I think I'm really starting to Like Ethan and Lulu. Today was really good for them and Lulu looks HAPPY for once in what seems like months now. Johnny has been doing nothing but bringing her down these past FOUR months and they really weren't that happy before that either really since SB.

Lulu looked sooooo pretty today in red. I said on another thread that JMB looks good in jewel tones.

If we keep getting really good scenes between them I'm not sure I will even want a Jolu reconciliation. I would like Johnny be down in the mouth because HE was the one to set everything in motion and HE was the one her lett Lulu go and I think Mr. Lovett (?) is just the one to point that out to him!

So how does everyone think the break up is going to go down? Do we think it is going to be bad, like are they going to yell at each other and say mean hurtful things! I for one can't wait for them to not be together but I don't like when couples get really nasty while fighting.
