I liked today's episode. I only saw it from the clip that I posted.

I think that it was sympathetic to most people. I think that it showed Maxie and Spinelli in a good light. They were sweet to each other and understanding to both Johnny and Matt. I really liked that Maxie was protective of Spin's dignity. You are right, Maxie is being shown as more and more caring of Spin. I liked that Spin went to thank Johnny. I wish that Spinelli didn't keep bringing up Johnny, but Maxie's responses and body language indicated that she seemed to not have any interest in Johnny. I know that there are spoilers out there, but I will have to see what happens.

I liked that it showed Johnny in a good light. I wonder if this is set up to heal Johnny and Spin's friendship. I also liked the fact that Johnny reassured Spin that he had received a sucker punch and that no-one could have defended himself from that.

I also thought it highlighted the difficulties that Matt is experiencing. I admit that I became annoyed with how he was interacting with Maxie yesterday and that he punched Spinelli when Spin was calmly protecting Maxie. However, by being sympathetic to Matt, Spixie showed class and re-focused the attention back to all the things that Matt is emotionally coping with (which is a lot).

I also liked Jason being so protective of Spinelli.

Auntdoe...you get SID. According to the Spin board, SID tweeted yesterday that it is working on a story that will make Spixie fans happy. I wonder what it is....

Hmmm it is not in the one that came in the mail today so maybe it will be in the next one. I wish SID did digital copies like SOD and SOW. The only thing in the SID I got today (2 days late BTW) is that thing we saw I guess last week that was titled "Is Spinelli over Maxie?" and mentions 6/26 when Spin puts the brakes on their lovemaking. I do o=not see where they mention what will be in the next issue. After I can read it more thouroughly I will let you know if I get any hints.

Spixie were VERY sweet and flirty and fun today. There was a real coupley vibe. It was a very good spixie day!

Does anyone else see the slight role reversal with Spixie? In the beginning it was always Spin visiting Maxie at work, now Maxie's always showing up at the PI office. He brought her flowers there and she showed up with chips and soda. Even today was kinda like the "carpe diem" day. Remember, Spin moved in to kiss Maxie and ended up touching her chest. And today Maxie went for the kiss and ended up on the floor. I think it's real cute and can't wait to see more!
