What secret from her past does she not want Jason to know now? Better to just tell him the truth. Lies have a way of coming back to bite you.

yep, she ruins everything Sam's real name should have been self-destructive-scam. she could be manny's x/wife....who knows. wouldn't doubt if she didn't have a daughter from her past that she gave up.

trust me what ever secret sams has it will not effect her relationship with jason, jason love that girl to much to let something from her past come between them.

This secret must be pretty bad if she's afraid for Jason to find out. Jason knows she was a scam artist w/her father growing up so it can't be anything as simple as that. If it involved breaking the law, Jason does that for a living, he wouldn't hold that against her. Hopefully it has nothing to do with pornography or prostitution, those are the only two I can think of that might give him pause.

jason has looked in sam's past if there was anything to be found he would have found it out when he was helping her find out who her paren'ts were

yah i agree jason would not dump sam becasue fo something unless it was something huge i think she may have been in the adult industry cuz she wants spinelli to wipe out her past on the internet and i guess sams skills come in handy during feb sweeps

Doesn't anyone remember a while back? When Jason and Courtney were breaking up? And that police officer Brian was around there was a story about Sam being wanted for murder in Florida (I think). She was using an alias at that time (I think it was Angela Monroe). That was when we found out about her brother Danny. If I remember the s/l correctly. Years before she came to PC, Sam (as Angela) went looking for her mother who had abandoned her and her father years before taking her mentally ill child Danny with her. When Sam/Angela found them, her mother was remarried and keeping Danny hidden in the house/basement. Sam rescued Danny but as they were leaving, Danny accidentally started a fire in which their mother died. The police blamed Sam/Angela and Sam kept the truth quiet because she knew Danny couldn't handle finding out he had killed his own mother. As for Ric, he already knows this he tried to prosecute Sam for it but couldn't when the truth finally came out.
I think that what Sam is trying to keep hidden is going to turn out to be nude photos -I bet she posed for a magazine using the name Angela, years ago. I bet Jason already knows, but Sam doesn't want him to actually see the photos and she probably does not want Tracy to flash them around town.
