Was there a spin off of General Hospital called Port Charles? And what happened to it? Where are all the people who were on General Hospital and then on that show? Surely they are still "friends" with the people they used to know, from the hospital. What happened to Lucy ? Noone ever mentions people who supposedly are still part of the community

Good question. Does anyone know what happened to Lucy Coe? She was so much fun and caused so much trouble! Too bad they don't bring he back sometime! Remember when she was with Alan and also Tony Jones? Was she with Scotty too at one point?

I agree, they should mention some of their old friends from Port Charles! Lucy could come back, she'd be fun. Maybe she could come back for Alan's funeral and then stick around. She and Scotty could get together [again?].
