I absolutely hate this Crazy Lulu storyline. It's stupid. And TPTB seem intent on dragging it out longer. So, my question is: Do you think this storyline would've been better if Laura's character was never brought on the canvas? Would they have ended this s/l already if not for Laura possibly being awake?

To be honest, I don't care for either character. In other words don't care either way.

I think it would have been better if Lulu was never taken to SB. She could have had a mother/daughter story without actually being committed there. She could have visited her mom while she was having hallucinations and Laura could have woke up to help her through it all. Whether she was really awake or only in Lulu's head really doesn't matter. Even now you can see that Lulu is not freaked out about seeing Laura, she's viewing it as a way for her mind to help her get past Logan and her guilt. Now it's over and she's better. I wish tptb would leave it at that now and move on. I'm disgusted with this s/l and how they are making Lulu out to be so weak.

I do agree that this s/l has been dragged out WAY TOO LONG! And I do think a lot of it was for Laura's s/l. I am glad that they brought her back though....maybe they should have just found a less annoying way!

Side note - when are you going to update your fanfic? I'm dying for more.

I have to be honest...The only Laura/Lulu scene I enjoyed was the one where she told Logan's ghost to beat it. I like Laura, but this s/l was not a good way to bring her back to GH imo. I was hoping they would bring her back and have her go head to head with Scottie with the whole Rick Webber thing. I guess they still can, but right now, I'm so over Laura/Lulu/ShadyBrook storyline, I could scream.

And OT, I'm working on the next FanFic chapter. I'm actually surprised you guys like this story because after I wrote the Lulu/Maxie scene, I was thinking I didn't like it anymore. lol. At least, I don't like it as much as my first one. But I guess as long as everyone is enjoying it, I'll keep writing it!

Lulu on my screen makes my FF finger itch. I liked the scenes with Maxie, and the scene of Laura talking about how good things come from bad was OK. Other than that, the whole "OMG, I'm just like my mother" thing is ho-hum. It's got more holes in it than Johnny's trial. I was never a big Laura fan, but if they wanted to bring her back they could have done a better job than this.

IMO, what this storyline has done:
Made Loonloon look like an immature clingy brat
Made Johnny look pecked
Made Lucky look like Neanderthal Man
Made Lainey look like a graduate of Shrinks R Us Junior College

The first Lulu and Laura scene made me cry like a baby. So touching. I have watched every single one of the Lulu/Laura scenes, because I couldn't possibly FF such great actresses with such chemistry. In fact SID named Lulu and Laura the best mother/daughter duo. I loved seeing Laura no matter what. After the first few conversations some stuff began to be repetitive but like I said I couldn't possibly FF them. I hate that they are making it seem like Lulu is losing her mind. Laura is awake. She is not a hallucination. Everyone is going to feel mighty guilty for not believing Lulu. Heck, Lulu doesn't even believe in herself WHERE IS LUKE? Ughhh. The only reason that I believe that Lulu has been so dependent on Johnny is because she feels as though he wouldn't abandon her and that he has always believed in her. With the constant absence of her father, she really needs someone to boost her up and tell her that she is strong. I can't stand Johnny and the other day made me dislike him even more, when he left SB, I know he was doing it out of love or what he thought was best. But doesn't he know Lulu well enough to know that she has major abadonment issues, with good reason.

If it weren't for Nik, I don't know what Lulu would do. He has been so supportive.

According to recent spoilers, Lulu is going to bounce out of this stronger than ever, being the independent person she was when she first came back to our screens. Laura will be back in November, and everyone will feel like losers for not believing Lulu.

So I guess I have mixed emotions about this as well. I adore GF & JMB and their scenes. I adore Nik. I adore seeing this vunerable side of Lulu. The scenes between the Q's,Carly,Sonny & Lulu have been great. I just hate that they are making Lulu to be crazy and all.
