If there is a choice of character's to leave and I'm not sure Kate did anything for me to see her leave, besides being naive about the man she love's and the world he live's in and would defend her man to the bitter end even if she's dead wrong. I don't know one woman on that show isn't guilty of that flaw defending their man. I'm not a Skate fan but I don't think she needs to leave. So if an option of Olivia or Kate I'll take Kate in and Olivia out. She just too loud and has a big mouth. Everytime Olivia want's to get her point across she has to scream is really distracting. Is like scraping key on a car. JMO
