here's how would have liked to see this thing play out... bear with me..
johnny and lulu are together and he tells he has to go because he's taking maxie on their "date bet" to the party in NY. lulu is upset as she watches johnny walk away. she goes back to the office to finish up her day...maxie rubs it in that shes going out with johnny and then she leaves
on the way home lulu stops at the pier and is sitting alone. she keeps from calling johnny to see whats happening at the party.. here comes logan.. he asks why shes alone and seems upset. she says she's fine and is going home... then logan starts bring up their past again and tries in vein to convince lulu they belong together.. she tells him to stop and says shes very happy with johnny and he's the best thing that could of happened to her.. logans not happy
meanwhile at the party johnny feels guilty for being there and tells maxie he's going to leave... she tells him lulu is a big girl and she'll be fine without him for one night(she wants to collect on cluadia's deal)
logan starts to loose it on lulu, saying she led him on for months and she never cared about him and begins to scare lulu... she tries to tell him to calm down with no luck... he keeps up with the verbal assult and gets out of control, he throws her down, shes terrified, sreaming, and as he reaches for her... jason and spinelli run to them, jason grabs him and spin gets lulu... logan and jason fighting, jason looses his gun, lulu grabs it and shoots logan...
on the way home from the party, johnny, who has tried to call lulu several times on her cell with no luck, begins to get worried. maxie says she's just being a baby not answering the phone
back at the murder scene, jason, spin and lulu all tell there account of what happened to mac (who believes it was self defence and logan was crazy)they allow her to leave and she askes jason and spin to go home with them (she felt safe there before when logan hurt her)
spin leaves the room to call johnny and let him know what happened to lulu... johnny is over come with fear and races to jasons... when he arrives, all he wants to do is comfort lulu, but she tells him to leave, she is still in shock about logan and is still angry at johnny for leaving her and takes it out on him.. he doesn't want to leave her but jason tells him to go for now and that she just needs some time.. johnny leaves..
the next day, lucky and tracy show up with there usual no point, useless advice/ lecture and both try and make her leave with them... she ain't having it! nik comes and makes sure she is ok, and thanks jason/spin for taking care of her, and tells her she can come home with him...if she wants
claudia asks johnny how his date with a real women went, and he snaps on her.. he informs her about what happened to lulu, then yells at her for the way she talks to and about lulu and tells her to stay the h3ll away from her and leave him alone too
maxie comes to see lulu to see how she is, she feels very bad for what lulu has just been through, and says that she can only imagine that her sister was just as scared as she must have been, and she would not wish that on anyone. she apologizes to lulu and tells her that all johnny could do was talk about her the whole night and then confesses why she was after johnny... she tells her about the bet... she thanks maxie for having to guts not to come see her but tell her about the bet (i would like them to be friends)
lulu goes to johnny's apartment.... johnny answers the door and embraces lulu, and tells her how sorry he is... they kiss... then she turns to claudia... lulu tells claudia that she came over to tell her that she should thank her, because just saved her $20 grand. she than proceeds to tell her maxie owned up to claudia's deal which she then spells out for johnny.... johnny lashes out on claudia and cuts her out of his life!!
johnny and lulu move in together and are very happy and in love...
i could go on about how i would have factored scott and laura in this but i don't want to bore anyone.... either way just my take on how i would have factored in key players in this storyline and key issues that jolu fans would want played out hope you enjoyed it
