I think Maxie figured out about Jason and Elizabeth and she switched the paternity tests results somehow. People can do this so easily on soaps! And I also believe that Jason turned to Liz because he found Sam and Ric together and Liz had just found Maxie and Lucky together at her apartment! I'm not sayibg that Elizabeth and Jason were right but who knows what we'd do in a similar situation!

I know this theory has been mentioned before, but I just don't buy it...I think if Maxie knew about Liz and Jason she would have ran to Lucky ASAP, she has been doing everything in her power to come between him and Liz I don't think she could wait on news like that....

I think Maxie just wants to irrate Liz, and it's working.

I think if Maxie new she would have blubbered it out already.She would be in heaven.

If Maxie know about Jason she would have already told Lucky.

But she left the pills in his desk with the draw open, so every one can see it

She definitely would have told by now if she knew the truth! That whole story would have made her year! But, I do agree that they could put some twist on things in the future and say that she changed the paternity tests. Anything can happen in daytime!!

I don't know that she would (run to Lucky). I think she is smart enough to realize that if she tells Lucky he will ask know she knows? (Obviously Liz didn't tell her, right) She would have to reveal that she knew about the paternity test - which was supposed to be in total secrecy right? Which just begs the question of how she KNOWS about it, which would lead to someone wondering if she tampered with it.
So why not keep quiet and wait for Lucky to "find out", then she can "be there for Lucky again". However, I think she does know and once she sees that Liz & Lucky are REALLY getting back together she will make sure Lucky finds out!
