The thought came to me when Lulu and Spinelli were at the computer, and then they switched to Monica and Patrick.

I thought hmm.

Just coincidence.

If any one saw the Luke and Laura special, they had Alan and Rick discussing which one of them was really A.J.'s father.

I bet it was a Quartermaine.

May be, even Alan. I wouldn't put it passed him.

I was just wondering the same thing...did anyone notice in yesterdays show when Lulu, Spinelli and Dillon were talking one of them said "who else would have had a motive" or something like that, and the scene shot to Monica walking in the hospital right before she asked Patrick to talk at a seminar...hmmmmm could the writers be giving us a clue???

That's what made me ask the question.

I remember Rick and Alan, they had some very intense scenes back in the day.

Nothing like today's show.

Alan could have very easily have killed Rick if not Monica.

What about Leslie? (Laura's mom)

She probably had motive. Rick was her husband, he cheated on her, drugged her daughter 30+ years ago - to make her forget, and was about to do it again.

I bet seeing your mother kill your father (even your stepfather) would send you into total mental shock and your mind would do ANYTHING to block those images from your memory!!!

But I guess it could be anyone. Monica, Alan, Scott. Anyone except Luke or Laura!

yes, years ago monica (married to alan) and rick webber did have an affair..

You are probably right because Scotty was just as crooked as Ric when he was the DA. I could see that being too much for Laura especially when you take into consideration that Scott was there in the attic the first time when the woman was killed and Laura saw the two of them bury her in the backyard, it was reliving a nightmare. In some demented way Scott could have believed he was helping Laura. Didn't he leave soon after Rick was killed anyway?

I don't think Monica killed Rick=- for some reason I have a feeling that Helena killed him-Something just kicks off a little memory about her around that time

And I've heard rumors that Scotty is coming back in February. Maybe just in time for Lulu to relize it was him who killed Rick.
