i love carly and i hate how kate said dhe is going to get her out of the picture so it would be easier to work with jax, kate really gets on my nerves

LadyCass, I agree soaps are made up of extreme characters and Carly takes the cake and frosting.

My problem is that she could still be a good character and annoying but she is flat out psychotic when it comes to "her men". I would like to see Carly act a nut when it has something to do with perhaps her hotel or her husband. The Sonny and Jason infactuation does her no favors.

I did enjoy her scenes today with Claudia.

I don't see one bit of evidence that Kate is trying to get to Carly, not one bit. She's only trying to get the magazine successfully launched. That is her job after all and Jax is her business partner and SHOULD be working w/her on it, not catering to Carly's needs. Kate does not play games. I've never seen any evidence of that either. Carly's halfway to losing Jax all on her own as it is. She even mentioned that today or yesterday.[/quote meow]

ITA and well said. kate is establishing a magazine and jax is an investment partner with responsibilities and money involved. his insecure, jealous, obnoxious and childish wife is not kate's problem, nor is kate the one to deal with her. but like kate said carly has forced her to reach her limit by meddling in her relationship, career/magazine, and reputation so she's going to put a stop to it. i think she has been more than patient and should let carly have it with both barrels thereby letting carly see she's not the "fashion bimbo without a spine" carly thinks she is.

i may be in the minority, but i don't think kate paying off ian was such a big deal considering it was to prevent sonny killing him and going to prison. carly has done cover ups for sonny and jason before for the same reason, BECAUSE SHE LOVES THEM. carly is going to explode into a billion pieces if AND when it comes out though because ALL her men know: sonny, jax and JASON!!! when ms. thang finds out JASON "her soulmate" protected kate as well, i'm sure she'll be ready for a backward arm jacket. i say it can't happen to one more deserving.
also i still don't believe sonny was at fault for michael's shooting since all he did was spend time with his son. he did not take a hit out on himself nor did he legally need carly's permission to spend some time with michael. it would have been courteous to tell her but not mandatory. from the time michael went searching for a gun EVERY ADULT involved in his life has made ignorant decisions and the fallout is on them all. plus how is mommy dearest going to handle her time spent in the company of/with the one who actually did take out the hit---CLAUDIA???? the woman she solicited to save her marriage.
