Can't believe it but I enjoyed Sonny's scenes today!

Him and Robin talking today remnded me of better times on the show. I recently watched youtubes clips that showed Robin and Sonny, years back when they were good friends and the I wished that the show would still have them interact.

It was just nice to see Sonny behave not like a jerk, ,and I thought it was cute when he asked Robin if he needed to make Patrick back off.


More Robin and Sonny friendship!

I was APPALLED that Sonny would say that he would have Patrick back off..ESPECIALLY after everything Sonny just went through with his OWN kids. I would think Sonny, of all people, would tell her to let the father be involved....especially considering Patrick's job is safe and stable and Patrick WANTS to be a good dad. Also, Sonny got mad at Jason for trying to keep Sonny from his kids and is now condoning another man away from that man's kids?? I guess Sonny's feelings now are "if I can't have my kids, no man should have theirs either."

Yes is was nice to see Sonny not being a raving lunatic for a change but I thought that line was UNBELIEVABLE and the WHOLE conversation with Robin seemed pointless. Robin hasn't been friends with Sonny for years, didn't want ANYTHING to do with him because of Jason and the whole mob situation in general and now she just SHOWS UP at his house to reminisce about Stone?? VERY odd!

:) Todays scene with Sonny and Robin was nice. It was nice seeing Robin and Sonny interact again, like old times. Robin always could bring out that "heart of gold" part of Sonny. I doubt very seriously that Sonny will have to protect Robin from Patrick,but I would like the friendship of Sonny and Robin to return. I like how Sonny always looked out for Robin like she was his little sister.
