I'm not surprised abut the s/l about Logan being "pschyco" When Logan first came to the show, he had outbursts of fighting..and Lulu thought that he killed Maxie's friend, Coop...and Logan just could not/would not let Lulu go...after Lulu panicked and hit him in the head nearly killing him...he still won't take no for an answer. He attacked Maxie blaming her for his Lulu problems,it's not her fault...Lulu was beginning to be in love with Johnny Z.

I think the problem is mainly with the suddeness of it. There was no buildup, no slow degeneration of sanity - nothing. Just one day he seemed fine and to be moving on, then the next, he's suddenly all obsessive and stalkerish. It was very... whiplashing in the timing of it. I agree that Logan was already abusive when he first came on the show.

Another thing is... As a Baldwin, he stood a chance at being a legacy character. It's a shame they took him in the psycho direction instead of doing something else with him.[/quote

ITA, this is coming out of left field. He hasn't been on canvas for what seems like an eternity, then he's Anthony's Lackey (term for a better word) and now he's stalking Lulu and attacking Maxie. The whole thing just doesn't make sense. They could of done so much for this character, but they dropped the ball, and now that they don't know what to do with him their turning him into a psycho manic, and then killing him off. Another character assassination. IMO

YES - the ick factor was WAY high on the scene with AZ & Claudia. "Nobody knows better than me" & "I was a little girl, you were an adult". SO GROSS! The better not make Johnny AZ & Claudia's kid....that would be horrible. Not a spoiler - just a really horrible thought!

This is typical GH. They do this type of thing all the time.

I don't think that is happening....so don't worry. I read something that makes me think very differently about the convo I was talking about. But their relationship is still super creepy!

I think they were going for Johnny setting him off. It isn't about Lulu. It is about Johnny.

Remember, Logan was AZ's slave which would be a huge beating to Logan's ego unless you look at his history. Logan bragged about wanting to take over for Jason and be Sonny's righthand. When that failed, Logan was lost. BTW, he blamed Maxie for that also. Logan saw the job with AZ as a way to become AZ's righthand and stick it to Jason and Sonny. Logan doesn't know that AZ threatened Lulu to be with Johnny. Logan only knows AZ saying that he doesn't want Lulu around Johnny.

That conversation where AZ told Johnny to leave Lulu at the boathouse and come see him immediately (not exact words), they showed Logan's face. I think that was when Logan decided to win back Lulu from Johnny as a way to get AZ's trust. Logan, with his huge ego, didn't expect it to be hard. Then when Lulu turned him down, he sees Johnny at the MC. He decides to work on Johnny to break him and Lulu up. Not only does Johnny basically laugh at him but he makes that remark about changing AZ's diaper. Logan has a temper with no control. Logan messes up and hits Johnny, the golden boy, getting him arrested. Then Logan is threatened by AZ.

Now Logan's only chance to save himself from AZ's wrath is to immediately get Lulu away from Johnny as AZ wishes. If Logan saves Johnny from Lulu, AZ won't kill him I think that is what he meant when he told Lulu that she could save him. At the time, I thought it was because he used to say that. But now I think he is talking about saving him from AZ. I think that is why he is pushing Lulu so hard. Maxie, who caused the original break with Lulu, is now backing up Lulu and telling Lulu to be afraid of Logan. Once again, just like with the TMK, if Logan kills Maxie, he frames Johnny to get Lulu away, knowing that AZ will get Johnny off.

Logan becomes the hero to Lulu because bad guy Johnny kills Maxie. Logan's life is saved by AZ for getting Lulu away from Johnny. Logan figures it will never come out that he killed Maxie. Logan wins.

If you think about it, all this has been written for Logan before.

Was to go Angel! I never thought of this in that deep of emotion.

I am sorry they brought Logan down this path. I will miss the actor, but the character is really dark.

It really sucks that the character of Logan has been destroyed and is going to be killed off. He is a Baldwin, a legendary character. There was so much potential there. If it was the actor GH could of certainly did a recast.


I don't understand why they didn't do a recast. Do they always have to deal w/it by killing them off and who's next?

This is ALWAYS the way Logan has been written so I don't understand it. He came on a creep and he's leaving a creep. What's the big deal??!! He manhandled women quite frequently for awhile there, not to mention that poor fake tree, so this is nothing new. And yes, I can't wait for Monday either, esp. after seeing the previews on Soapnet.


This is one time I feel sorry for Lulu. Neither Maxi or Lulu deserves to be attacked like that by anyone. It's really sad what the writers are doing to women now...Peggy

Exactly. Who's next??? My vote is for Kate...A girl can wish can't she.
