This is not a spoiler or spec., nothing..... just discussion....

If Steve Burton leaves GH will you continue watching? Or is there any actor or actress that would make you stop watching because they left?

Damn girl... what a downer... to have to think about this... when I am already having a bad day....

Ok.. here is my take on what if...

If Steve leaves... I think that a lot of loyal fans will follow... that has been the case when he left in the past... as for myself... I would most likely follow as well. Because I love watching GH because of Jason and Liz. And he if left... it would most likely be in a fashion that leaves Liz behind and probably devastated. I sure hope that what ever decision he makes... will be the best for him and his family...

I think for me it would depend on the s/l's on GH as a whole. I have watched before when he left but that was only because there were other characters I was into at the time. However unless GH does some major reworking and gives us some decent s/l's I may be one who would leave with him.

I love Steve and Becky. They are the reasons I continue to watch the show. I don't know if I would still watch the show if either one of them left. It really would depend on what directon TPTB go with the storylines. I know Steve and Becky have huge fan bases. I know there would be alot of upset fans if this was to happen.

If Steve Burton left I wouldn't really care....they'd bring in someone hotter and younger....so really....meh.....

If Rebecca Herbst left I would stop being a regular GH viewer and probably catch Maxie and Claudia scenes online....

I wouldn't be a faithful watcher if Steve left the show. As it is, I'm hanging in there for Jason & Elizabeth to FINALLY become a living, breathing, public couple/family. After 9 years, don't you think I deserve that? LOL

I would be crushed if Steve left. It would be like the end of "Friends" or . . . . "Beverly Hills 90210 . . . . . . . or. . . . ummmmmm . . . . "Seinfeld".

My take on if Steve left, I am not sure I would continue to watch...when he left the last time I stopped watching. When he left the last time I stopped watching b/c I did not like the story lines...If the s/l were not better than they are now I would probably stop, at least for awhile.

For me it would also depend on how his s/l ended. If they were to say, Kill him off, no I would stop in protest. I do not think that will ever happen b/c they need to keep his as an option for further s/l...well lets hope. I mean they also killed off a lot of great actors/actresses in the past year.

I do not care who Jason is with, per say, I care that he is happy...if him and Liz never get together I will be sad for Jason and Liz but it is not an end all if he were to leave and she was heart broken or vice versa for me...

With the storylines the way they have been going, IF he were to leave I'd probably quit watching as there's really very little I like on the show now...Peggy

Wow, where'd you hear this? Bummer. I would still watch tho, for the women I love, Diane, Maxie, Alexis......hey do you think Claudia will finally do as her daddy requested and do the dirty deed?

i don't think i would stop watching gh, but it wouldn't b the same. hopefully we won't have 2 worry about that anytime soon.

Will keep watching maybe they can focus on other charcther's who can be just as good,I watched Gh before their was a mob.
