Great question! wow, took me sometime to think about it but it was most certainly in my early teens (which will give you a hint at my age) when Luke and Laura were getting married. I am really looking forward to the revival of their story line, even if it is only for awhile. I also hope that newer and younger fans embrace their love story. You can read the history of it online at the abc network and go to Character bios. there it will give you an overview of the history of that memorable love story.

i wrote a bit of this on another board. i started in 2002 when ric had carly chained to the wall. i was clueless as to why he was doing it until my grandma helped me out. i don't remember the other SL's. later i remember how carly was in labor and sonny meant to shoot alcazar but ended up shooting carly. that was crazy. can't remember much now though.
and a while later sam came in the show... later became jasam!

I watched gh, even before Luke came to Port Charles.

I remember Jessie Brewer and Steve Hardy. But I was young then.

:) I started watching almost from the beginning there were nurses and Dr. that i can't remember names for. I think there was a Diana and Sharon oh so long ago. Back then the soap was 30 min.

I remember Diana Taylor. I always liked her.

Do you remember Augusta, and Lucille.

Yes i do Lucille was Jesse Brewers Sister. Hey i wonder what ever happened to Shell Keppler( Amy )Laura sister. Now that you mentioned it i do remember Augusta. There were some that i sort of know but forgot names. If i hear them i will remember. I think there was a Dr. his last name i think began with a P he was sort of weird looking. There also was the one that i think Lucille was married to he did something for the hospital maybe (Dan)

I remember coming home from kindergarten and wishing GH was OVER so I could watch cartoons. Funny how history repeats itself. I don't get to stay home, so I tape Gh EVERYDAY and watch it as soon as I can. NOW it's my kids who can't wait for it to be over so they can watch cartoons. I don't remember what storylines were on back then. The first S/L I do remember is Leslie going to court with the Vinings to get custody of Laura. Then they were both involved with David Hamilton (who Laura killed, but Leslie tooke the blame) Then came Scott Baldwin (for Laura) then of course there was LUKE!!!

I remember first watching about 15 yrs ago. I remember Scott Baldwin came back to town and Luke was Jealous. I remember Luke and Laura's wedding anniversary special. I remember when Stravos came back from the dead! I also remember Brenda and Sonny. I have been in love with Sonny since. I used to skip gym class (it was the last class of the day) to go home and watch GH. I lived right across the street from the school and would hurry to see what was going on. I was so bad. I have always identified with Carly or Liz (when Liz was a bad girl). Now I identify with them because they have grown up and so have I.

um i started watching Gh back hign school , I used to come home get my drink and my snack and watch gh and do my home work this was um 96 off and ona long time lol

One of my favorite stories were when Luke and Laura were locked in at the department store overnight.

Oh, I loved that story so much.

Then they did the famous dance to fascination.

And of course their wedding.

oh my, I've been watching GH since I was about 6, because my mom would have it on when I came home from school. I seriously started paying attention to it around 12 or 13 though. Which, ok, i'm not that old (25) but it seems like forever to me! I remember Robin as a child, Jason normal, Brenda and Jagger, Brenda's sister, Sorel, Liz's rape, the original (way hotter) Lucky, and Sonny with Lily. There's so much more but it's too much!

I started watching this show when I was in the 7th grade. Luke and laura were on the run and lucky was just a little boy. I was 12 or 13 years old. I loved it then and love it even more now. my mom told she used to watch this when I was in elem. school but I don't rember watching it back then.

I started watching gh when the jason/brenda/jagger/karen quandrangle formed.

WOW! This is a great question! I didn't realize how long I had been watching GH until I was reading all the comments and saying to myself, "Oh yeah, I remember that!".....I'm 37 and I started watching when I was about 7 with my babysitter, of coarse I didn't watch it faithfully then, but pretty much since I was a teen I haven't missed it, thank God for TIVO!
