I am a little confused, why do they show Jasons picture with sonny and jax about the whole story line with CARLY being pregoo?

I think it just for publicity.... ratings.. I just reas this weeks SOD with them all on the cover however, it clearly states that Jason did not sleep with Carly so he couldn't possibly be the father. Carly wants Jason to go along with her lie but Jaon reminds her that they did that with Michael and refuses to lie about it.
