Our beloved Spin out did himself today with his Elizabethan spiel about the Old King wanting to regain his throne. So do you think Guza is foreshadowing? According to an article on CBS News from June 3rd MB only has 6 months left on his contract--do you think Guza is creating an exit strategy or is this going to be another thread of a storyline left dangling as Guza seems so wont to do these days?!

I think it would definitely be a WOW scenario! It has been sad to see the Sason relationship bite the dust. I expected it to just be like a painful divorce, but now I'm not so sure. The fallout would be tremendous!

Can't wait to see what everyone thinks. See you around the board.~MorWeb/Diane

It very well could be an exit scenario for MB. Spin creeped me out saying that stuff.

I'm not sad to see the Sason relationship get destroyed at all! As far as I'm concerned Sonny is a whiny, manipulative man-child with a Step Daddy complex. He's used Jason for years to do all his dirty work while he walks around town, throwing his name around, having tantrums and making babies.

And because Jason is good like that, he listens to Sonny and follows his orders even when it means he has to sacrifice everything he's ever held dear. When has Sonny ever returned that favor? When has Sonny ever put Jason and his needs first. NEVER!

I hope Jason torches Sonny with the same determination and malice he used on the Zacchara's house. I hope Jason takes everything that Sonny ever held dear and claims it as his, and I hope Sonny ends up right where he belongs: as a sniveling, broken, unloved, rotting corpse laying in a ditch somewhere with pi$$ and vodka soaked through his clothes!

I FLOVE the Spinster, but I know to each her own. Thankfully you could watch Claudia's synopsis at the end of the segment. She tranlated very well, and then you wouldn't have to endure anything. She said it was like Oedipus minus the sleeping with his own mother and "gouging her eyes out".

meowbowow IA slightly creepy, but only because it had the markings of possible truth. The Sason relationship has been so complex - father/son, blood brothers, friends, frenemies, etc. I'm almost getting excited about the possibilities of where Guza could take us, but this is tempered with the knowledge of how prone he is to screwing up really good ideas.

SlowAutumnWind WOW! Such passion in your post! But what about the fallout for Jason? Jason's been loyal to Sonny for years, and Sonny was his pseudo-father after the accident that made him Jason Morgan. Do you really think he could be as dispassionate about eliminating Sonny as he was about eliminating the Zacchara's house?

LOL, that is true!! It felt creepy for me b/c it sounded like impending doom. It gave me a chill up and down my spine.
