ITA, Liz-fan....Maxie is only concerned with Maxie and what she wants, and that is to break up Johnny and Lulu and lets not forget the twenty grand.

I haven't seen todays eppy so I don't know exactly what maxie, so no comment there.

In regards to Lulu not being to blame for destroying a marriage? I have to disagree! Of course she is to blame, she went looking for Dylan time and time again. He only started getting interested in her when he started doubting Georgie beacuse of what Lulu would tell him. IMO she bares the weight of that couple breaking up.

Regarding Lulu breakling up Dillon's and Georgie's marriage...Dillon broke up his marriage ...Lulu did not force him to have sex with her and she didn't supply him with drugs either...Maxie has spiraled out of control since Felicia left...Sometimes the writer seem to forget that she has had two heart transplants...She could never drink alcohol which they have her do...They need to make her a little more believable...They make her such a twit...

Well I haven't seen todays episode yet, but after I catch it on Soapnet, I'll come back and express my opinion again. I will say that as much as I execrate Luserlu, (for MANY reasons) and I do like Maxie, it does sound like she was inappropriate, referencing Laura, during one of their squabbles. If Maxie blamed Luserlu for Georgies demise, I'd have to say, "nope". However if Maxie was speaking of Luserlu, and her involvement in the demise of Dylan and Georgies relationship, that I could understand. As far as Laura though, whatever the comment was, I don't see where it would even fit in. Again, haven't seen the epi yet.

Maxie was out of line today. That was the most insensitive thing I think that has ever come out of her mouth. (I am not a lulu lover, but to bring up Laura IMO was the low of all lows)

Yes Maxie was out of line, but that is Maxie being Maxie. The thing is that she did admit that she did go to far by saying that about Laura. I think though, that she is right, that what Laura is going thruogh could be hereditary. Lulu is headstrong and she jumps before she looks, just like her dad. But Lulu, I think, has not learned how to land on her feet, like her dad. Lulu has done alot of bad things and I don't think she showed remorse for them, Maxie at least can admit when she is wrong and can show true remorse. Maxie is back in character she would take money to break up Johnny and Lulu. That's just her.

I think what Maxie said to Lulu about Georgie still being alive, if Lulu did not wreck their marriage, is that if Lulu had not wrecked their marriage, maybe Dillon could have been there to keep Georgie from going to the park. It probably would have happened anyway but in Maxie's mind, that would have saved Georgie.

That, and if Lulu wasn't working at Crimson just to spite Maxie, Maxie wouldn't have much of a target go after.
