I thought it was pretty funny Diane mistook the ring for her, and thought Max was proposing. My question is how hard would it be for you to give the ring back? And has anyone ever been given a ring and kept it? |

That kind of thing has never happened to me tho but it will be interesting to hear if it has happened to others. Good thread tink!! |

I was engaged for a long time and I INITIALLY kept the ring but then realized that I couldn't (it wasn't right) and gave it back. My friends told me I should have hocked it. LOL |

While the scene was funny and I would love 5 carats, it shows Sonny can't do anything himself. Both dh and I felt he should have told Diane it was the ring he had bought for Kate. Especially when he was standing there watching the scene...really dumb writing to me...Peggy |
