Jason vs Nikolas

Robin & Liz are examples of two significant women he's been with that have allowed his 'job' to get in the way of being with him. I think that's what made him and Sam work for a while since she would do anything for Jason and accepted all of his life, not just him as a person. Regardless of him preferring his wife to be the opposite it'll be unlikey he'll find such a woman that will always be there no matter what. Problem is, Sam WASN'T there no matter what. She started putting restrictions on him and telling him what to do, so NO she DIDN'T accept every aspect of his life. How many people's spouses are EXACTLY like them or accept every aspect of them?? NONE that I know of. As far as Sam being the only woman being there for Jason, when the going got tough, NO Sam WASN'T there for Jason all the time (sleeping with Ric, tricking him about seeing Jake, the kidnapping and guns...that was all about Sam, not Jason) and ANY woman can be there for him when he needs them. Liz has done it dozens of times over the years...even at the risk of her own career. Sam had no life OTHER than Jason so she MADE Jason her be all and end all so THAT'S why she was there at his beckon call, not because that's the kind of person Jason is MEANT to be with. |

Jason and Elizabeth in the past were misunderstandings and things unsaid NOT Jason's job profession!! The danger aspect of his life belongs to one person and one person only and that would be Jason!! So I don't buy the ride or die thing what so ever!! I don't buy the "ride or die" thing either, as that was only ever with one woman. I guess that Liz and Jason of the past needs to be re-visited so some can see how they were pre-children. |

Perfect example is how she wants to keep up the lie of Lucky being Jake's father even though she knows it kills Jason everytime he sees Liz. Do you recall Jason also left Sam because of the dangers of his lifestyle so yes it IS Jason that is doing it...not the women. Liz is keeping Jake away because JASON asked for that, not because she asked for it. Jason ALSO asked that she stay away from him..which PROVES Liz would do ANYTHING for Jason. |

My take on Jason is that he has allowed himself to be involved with ride or die chicks b/c it's convenient but it's not what his heart's desire is. It's almost by default. If Jason were able to choose a lifestyle without any backlash....he would choose differently. The only one he's ever been involved with that I would consider a "ride or die" chick is Sam. Jason likes strong, independent, loving woman (which Liz, Robin, Courteney and Carly were..to me Sam was the LEAST of all those - as far as being independent I mean)...whether they can shoot a gun and have his back is NOT a requirement to him. |

Heck I think Spin needs to be added to the mix now..I am being serious..I saw Claudia be down to earth,loving,fun and caring with Spin..I have not seen that with anyone else other than her brother..So I am thinking Claspin |

As far as Nik and Claud...give the guy some action for goodness sakes. She can be a friend with benefits or just a friend that will bring some excitement to his life. I haven't liked his character since he was with Gia..he's been such a BORE!! Let's see his character with some livelihood! |

Around that time, before DVR and Soapnet  , I couldn't watch so I don't know too much about that time. Too bad too b/c I was a HUGE Jason/Liz fan back then...before Courtney man-arms, and I haven't been able to really get into them this time  Yes Liz slept with Zander. HORRIBLE storyline. BH was pregnant in real life and they had to have her pregnant on the show BUT with someone who wasn't going to be a part of the babies life so they had her sleep with Zander. HORRIBLE storyline. |
