Actually I don't think she has chemistry w/Jason, at least not the romantic kind. She has good acting chemistry w/him but that's all IMO.

ITA, They are both good actors, and work well together, but I see no romantic spark between these two at all.

I don't hate Claudia for either of the above reasons. I don't really see her having chemistry with Jason in the romantic sense. SB and SBr have great acting chemistry and I like their hostility toward each other.

The problem I have with Claudia is her character isn't well developed, she's all over the place, she seemed so bada$$ at first, which I loved, but now she just seems like a incompetent mobtress who can't do her own dirty work and who doesn't really know what she wants. Does she want her dad dead or does she want her dad's approval? Maybe it's both, I don't know, but this storyline certainly isn't improving her potential for a really awesome GH character.

I actually like the character of Claudia because of the strong forceful writing that this actress commands. Her being around Jason actually is contrived and forced, but it is a good thing. It gives her integration, because let's face it...she's going to be around for a while. With that said, I thought her rambling on about Jason's body and eyes was hilarious. It's not emmy material, but it's a load of laughs.

I don't like Claudia at all,but I did like her scenes with Nic. GH needs to keep these two together,it could make for some great s/l's.
Her scenes with Jason are just irritating and silly to me. Scenes with Spinelle are funny,but all of Spin's scenes are funny.
The scenes with Trever,her father,Jerry,and Johnny are more powerful to me.
And she needs to just shut Lulu up once and for all!

i agree the writing has been ridculous...but I love Claudia, she needs to be written different, they made a big mistake when they had her hire the guy who show Michael, as usual Guza or whoever wrote that has written themselves in a corner. They need to keep Sarah Brown, she is a great actress and makes everyone she does scenes with better.

Are we completely forgetting that Claudia tried to have Sonny killed and instead an innocent boy was shot in the head. Nice is definitely not a word I would use to describe her.

Now if TPTB hadn't written her character all over the place I would probably be a fan of hers. I would love to see a ruthless mob woman. Unfortunately, that's not what we're getting on our screen.

Let me get this straight, Claudia's actions are justified because of what Sonny did to Johnny?!?

Also, I'm pretty sure I didn't write a thing about Sonny's behaviour. He's been completely A$$ worthy these last several months.

They are all blame-worthy if you ask me. But the thing is, Jason has felt enormous amount of guilt and remorse for his part, Claudia continues to lie about hers. As I said in my earlier post, if she was written as a truly ruthless mob woman, I could buy her as a character.


I think you forget, we all love Jason and many love Sonny and both of them are criminals, and kill people. I don't think we can throw stones only at Claudia...kinda sexist i think...

Totally agree with ya, the scene was a hoot. I hope she stays forever, I think her and Nik would be great. He deserves better then dingy Nadine. It is about time he has someone who could handle any Cassadine.

First of all.....GORGEOUS AVIE!!!

Secondly.......I think I agree with you.....mostly......though I think the romantic chemistry between them could be explored......but yeah I do agree that in the same sense their chemistry could be taken in another direction as well....you really gave me something to think about....

So you blame Sonny for kidnapping Johnny and Kate for bringing Michael with Sonny's permission but Claudia is in the clear. Okay, Sonny was wrong to kidnap Johnny. Johnny, the adult, who chose to walk around without guards. But if Claudia and Johnny had not agreed to a fake truce just to have an opportunity to kill Sonny, Sonny never would have allowed Kate to bring Michael to the warehouse unguarded. That is the big factor here. No one has a problem with them going after Sonny. The problem comes when they faked a truce. In the mob world, your word on a truce is gold. Without the fake truce, you don't have an unguarded Michael getting shot.

BTW, a couple days locked in a room or a lifetime locked in a coma, I would take the room any day.

Neither of those are why I hate Claudia. BTW, I never hated a character until her. Any way, I hate the character because she is not the ride or die chick. The first scenes with Sonny could have went either way. Either Claudia knew who Sonny was and intentionally seduced him or Claudia was a touch chick who used men for sex. Great. But it didn't go that way.

Instead, they had this character who was supposed to be a tough chick, have a ONS with Sonny, then act hurt that he only wanted a ONS. They had her run all over town chasing Sonny and telling everyone about their ONS. Claudia even told Johnny how much it hurt that Sonny called her a you-know what. Okay, if she hadn't have run all over town like she did, she would not have come off that way. Again, nothing wrong with seducing Sonny, it was the aftermath. Claudia acted like a scorned lover, victim, not a tough chick.

Then Guza decided to change history. Claudia tells Kate and Sonny that she intentionally seduced Sonny. We saw it play out on the screen. It was not intentional. But okay, they are changing history and now she knew who Sonny was and intentionally seduced. Okay, I'll buy it. Then Claudia again tells Johnny how much it hurt her when Sonny treats her like a you know what. Once again going back to the victim.

Claudia was supposed to be this tough chick who uses her sex appeal to her advantage. Whining about the ONS to everyone who would listen is not using it to her advantage.

I realize they are now trying to change her. But she still isn't the tough chick. After Jerry stabbed her, when they saw each other, she looked terrified. Even if she was terrified, a touch chick is not going to show it.

Sure, you can choose to think of my comment as sexist. Way out from left field, but whatever it's your opinion. Claudia is a part of the Zaccarah organization i.e. Jason and Sonny's enemy and since the show has Jason and Sonny being the "good" guys that would indeed make Claudia one of the "bad" guys. This has nothing to do with sexism it has to do with sides. I'm not stopping you from siding with Claudia. Go for it. I choose to side with Jason because I grew up watching Jason Q turn into Jason M. and love his character despite his flaws.
