General Hospital - MESSAGE BOARDS

I'm not one to create threads but I felt inspired by yesterday's oohlala kiss between Jerry Jacks and Alexis Davis. Love or hate our boy Jerry, you've got to admit that he knows how to kiss a girl. (Sebastian Roche should be conducting kissing workshops backstage at GH. Based on what I saw yesterday and a few weeks ago when he and Alexis were under the roulette table, he'd have a line of ladies ready to help him demonstrate.)

So, let's not bash Jerry here (or other less accomplished kissers on the show) but instead let's have a positive discussion of the kinds of on-screen kisses we like to see...either on GH, other soaps, prime time or the silver screen.

Love this! I love a couple of kinds of kisses on screen.

I love the grab the girl and bring her close kiss like Jason and Liz had on the NOP.
I also like those rain kisses - like Rachel and Ross on Friends and the ever lovely rain kiss in The Notebook.

Yes Jerry has it going on in the kissing department, there are some characters that could probably learn a thing or two from Mr. Jerry Jacks!

There was a recent kiss on the show(I can't believe I am going to say this)that was awesome, the Jason and Liz kiss in the rain!

As for a kiss not on GH.....I am still thinking that the upside down spiderman and Mary Jane kiss was hot!!

GH - the first time Jason & Sam kissed. Love that - so cute.

Primetime...the first time Ben kissed Felicity...best show. I loved it. Any time that Buffy & Angel kissed. One of the first times that Pacey & Joey kissed.

Movies - Ethan Hawk & Winona Ryder in Reality Bites. Rachel McAdams & Ryan Gosling's love scene in the Notebook.

I'm sure I'll think of more.

I think it's funny when you have 2 actors that work together as a couple and they have no chemistry in the kissing department. Maurice Benard and Laura Wright just look a little off when kissing and then you have people that just hit it like Steve Burton and Rebecca Herbst. Apparently Steve Burton is a good kisser, at least that's what his costars say. Tyler Christopher seems like a passionate kisser which ups the heat factor of a love scene. Greg Vaughan and Kelly Monaco have a playful chemistry that adds a lighter vibe but still keeps the heat factor during a love scene.

SB looks to be such a sensual kisser. Love the way he physically goes into the kiss with his body. He totally takes control. He and Becky are awesome together. Every actress that has ever worked with him says he's a good kisser. I love to watch him do his thing.
