I think it would have been funny to see Sam and Jason sort of have a mini custody battle over Spinelli. We didn't get to see the whole this stuff is yours and this is mine. (You know the separating girlfriend/boyfriend fight) I think it would have been a weird and kooky story plot but funny all the same. Can you just picture Jason telling Sam that he gets Spinelli this day and she gets him the next. |

I wouldn't see Jason being that way with ANYONE (if him and Sam had kids I mean), let alone an adult but it could have been cute. Actually, the only things that were Sam's were her personal belongings (clothes, toiletries, jewelry, shoes) so there was no need to have a "yours and mine" fight. I think they fought enough over more important issues. You should also put this question in the JaSam thread. It would put some discussion in there. |

I am going to agree with Gen, being it isn't in Jason's personality to do that, in fact when Jason has talked about custody before during the time CarSon was going thru all their drama...Jason stated a few times that he would never do anything like that...Not to mention that neither one of them have parental rights over Spinelli...so there was really no way for that to even ever play out!!  We didn't have to get subjected to splitting of assets due to the fact that all the assets belonged to Jason already...Sam took what she what was personally hers!!
