WAY more interested in the story and drama behind the Magazine......but gosh forbid we have an actual storyline that doesn't involve women being strangled or children being shot!!  I'm really at my breaking point with this show!! ok, was torn away from the computer....I totally hear what you're saying nosoup about your job. That totally stinks. Frequently when I'm at work I get so annoyed at co-workers who just put in little to no effort. The show isn't driving me too crazy because I'm at a point where I could just walk away, but I don't just to keep myself amused!

I like you too much  , and besides I need someone to tag team Guza with  , and there's no one better than a fellow migraine sufferer  --I know we can be quite lethal when we already have the pain of a cleaver reaming through an eyeball or two.  My advice- 1. Always print term papers before turning off your computer.  Even rough drafts. This way you only have to re-type not re-write. (Learned this lesson the hard way  )2. Coffee or Soda + 1 aspirin + 1 tylenol or advil. Repeat in one hour if necessary (You can only repeat if you have only taken 1 200mg of aspirin & 1 of tylenol, if you take 2 n' 2 no repeating!!!! Very bad! ).3. Skip #2 & go straight for the Excedrin Migraine. 4. After anything that lasts longer than 4 hours go to your doctor, the ER, somewhere, & get a prescription for MAXALT...you can't take if you are pregnant, trying to get pregnant or breastfeeding, but it is the ONLY thing that has ever knocked out a 3 day headache for me in 20 minutes flat! Disolves under your tongue, and tastes like you popped 15 altoids in your mouth at the same time (yucky, but worth it! ). awww thanks MorWeb! ...yay i've tried like everything... #2, #3, ER, everything and nothing has solved my migraines they are very aggrieving...but ur lucky u usually only get like 3 day migraines....the longest migraine i have ever had lasted for 28 days that was HORRIBLE but at least with that one my vision wasn't blurry all the time like it is now....but that u soo much i think i just have to get another MRI to make sure nothing is seriously wrong and then they will probably give me some pills or something...and yea i have def learned my lesson to print out my research paper i am sooo not looking forward to rewritting this BS.... |

Can you tell I've experienced this recently?  joe2811 I know you love your children as I love mine. Daughters are just a gift all their own. Getting my daughter up in the morning used to be such a pill I compared her to Linda Blair! Now I turn the lights on, snatch her out of the crib, lay her on the floor, let her kick n' scream until she figures she has access to toys then I dress her while she's rooting through her toy box. My DH thinks I'm nuts - I think all 4 of us are at peace embracing the moring without her screams. Morweb! I don't think I have seen so many smilies is one post! I love it. I love the "she made a mistake", story so true..... it also like, when you make a mistake, it is not enough for one person to point it out..... No. The ENTIRE team of people you work with have to tell you about. Every hour someone stops by and is like, "you know you were suppose to do it this way," ..... and I'm like, I know, I heard (from ALL of my bosses, co-workers and now you) ......I got it, thanks.

The cable was out, didn't have time to report it or fix it as the groomer called and had to take dogs in 4hours early, they didn't have their chill pills, so all the way to the groomer they whinned, cried and jumped around in the SUV. (sounded just like Lulu), the niece called to come over while I was gone, the oven guy to fix the stove, and hubby wasn't home to spray for spring fleas, so had the cable out, oven guy here, grand nephew jumping all around, had to leave again with one pom (so honey hubby could spray) went to nieces house with 5 pound pom (niece has 4 large dogs) anyone of them could bite my pom if they choose to do so. Got home with all three, brought in lunch at 3:15 pm. So, didn't get to recap or vacuum today as planned. Got cable up at 7 pm. Now, all of this does not amount to a hill of beans, I just wanted to give you guys a smile by saying - what a bunch of bull - she has not a problem. Which I don't. HEADACHES - There is a small vein in hand b/t thumb and forefinger when mashed hard - feels like a rubber band. Hold that and breath and sometimes stops a migraine. Also, Pure peppermint oil rubbed lightly on forehead will stop one. They are terrible... People at work are horrible. They are selfish and mean. You stand up for yourself and don't let them steal your praise. You are wonderfully made in the light of Life. You are a special person and if they want you to always do something - they don't deserve you. You are special. Always print out a hard copy at the end of the day. Back up in two different files.... "Never pass up a good chance to shut-up." So I am. I miss you all as I consider this MB as part of my family. I love you all. Each of you. How is that for ranting........... |

I am SOOOO sick of hearing I don't have a pencil!! It is ART CLASS all you need to bring is a PENCIL.... I have told them this since the beginning of the semster!! WTH?!! How hard is this? You know you are going to ART, so grab a pencil.... I am sure you will see like 10 pencils in the hallway on your way to class....pick one up and BRING it!!! lol....  YOu would hate me as a student. Even in my college classes i ALWAYS forget a pencil and paper. I'm always borrowing from other students. In my defense... I'm usually rushing from work to school and just paranoid that I'm going to be LATE! So... I see pencils and paper as not being a very high priority... (sheepishly backing out of this thread now...) |
