I love Lulu and hate how everyone is liking maxie. Maxie is way worse then Lulu. For the Record I love Lulu with my Johnny.

I think Lulu is a terrific character. The casting of Julie Berman as Lulu Spencer was spot-on. The writing for her had been a bit off for a while but I'm seeing a huge turn-around over the last several weeks. We're seeing Lulu's inner-Spencer emerge in all of its glory. She is a delightful combination of her father and her mother...she's not afraid of much and will follow her heart, even when it doesn't seem the smartest thing to do. Of late, she is becoming decisive and aware of what she wants and what she'll have to do to get it. The pairing of Lulu and Johnny Zacchara has incredible potential and has many parallels to the Luke & Laura story that so many of us loved back in the day.

I also enjoy Maxie. I believe that Lulu and Maxie can coexist on the GH canvas. I think their spats are fun and I'm hopeful that someday they can become friends...along the lines of Diane and Alexis. Both of these characters have spit and fire and passion and, IMO, are always enjoyable to watch even when you don't necessarily like what they're doing or saying. Julie Berman and Kirsten Storms are very talented young actresses and we're fortunate to have them on our screens. The heated exchanges I see in posts about the characters of Lulu and Maxie prove that these two actresses are doing their jobs in the highest quality fashion.

I would love to see maxie and lulu become friends. I just don't understand why people are all of a sudden downing Lulu. I have seen a lot of negative feedback about Lulu. I just thought that she needed a thread for people that like her.



Johnny/Lulu are the next generation Luke/Laura

I used to not like lulu. But when johnny came to town she has become a different person and I really like her now. I love how feisty she is and how she knows who she is. I think the inner laura is starting to come out and they are writing her in a more mature manner.

I think she is just the person to save our johnny from his crazy life and crazy family. She will be his light.

I think the fans turned on Lulu when the writers became obsessed w/ writing her as this big dramatic heroine instead of the true blue Spencer she had been. I'm a fan of Lulu and will continue to be. My favorite Lulu moments are always her family scenes. I think Lulu makes Lucky actually seem like the real Lucky, reminds us that that Nik has Spencer blood in him, and grounds Luke and gives him purpose and motivation on the show. Not to mention that she is the ONLY female Carly seems capable of getting along with! I feel like the writers were trying to establish a younger heroine and just went a little overboard with it. Hopefully now that they have settled on a pairing for her they can even her out and chill w/ the dramatics.

As far as Maxie.... well I'm a fan there too. And this isn't so much because of the character.... she never did much for me. But because of Kristen Storms... I just love watching the girl in all of her scenes! I love JMB too.... so the fued they have is one of my fav s/l's on the show. It's always sure to deliver a little lighter and entertaining side to GH. Sometimes GH can get a bit too serious so a good slap w/ Lulu and Maxie always makes me sit up and laugh!

LuLu is one of my favorites too. She's made a few mistakes, but she's learned I think. Shes a true Spencer, unlike Lucky. Sometimes I think he is the milkman's baby.

I love Lulu! Especially now (new, decisive maturing Lulu!) and with Johnny!

There was a time that I couldn't stand Lulu. I thought she complained too much and was a general PIT-A$$. However....she was pretty much a typical troubled/parentless teenage..one that feels that know everything and how the world works.

However....Then Johnny came along...that changed my view of Lulu although she still seemed somewhat bratty and immature. The more interaction with Johnny, the more I started seeing remnants of her mother in her. I took that as a sign that the girl was (finally) growing up!

Then the writers strike hit! They turned her into a stupid, indecisive, selfish user, wishy washy at best, that didn't know her mind from a hole in the ground. At that point, I was just hoping that Johnny was going to help her grow up (like everyone knows she needed to do!).

Now...finally! In the past few weeks we finally have signs of (signs that I am hoping are going to get stronger and stronger) a true Spencer offspring! Someone that knows her mind, knows what she wants, and defends/supports the people she cares about. THIS is the Lulu we should have had all along!

Here's hoping for more of this true Lulu Spencer in the weeks and months to come...and if I have my way....in a summer on the run story with her true love Johnny!

Lulu is a Spencer through and through...they're always interesting and NEVER dull...they're fearless and follow their hearts...they're a little lawless but know right from wrong...Go Lulu!

Did you see how Lulu didn't rat Maxie out last week at Crimson when she could have? That's a Spencer for you. Let's hope Maxie has a little of the same in her...

I love all of you guys post. Keep it up. Plus I still stand by what I said early.

I wish Lulu/Johnny would go on the run. Like Luke/Laura always did. I think it would be fun to see. Lulu would be able to show her true spencer skills. Picking locks, hot wiring cars, hiding from Anthony that sort of thing. She and Johnny are fun to watch as a couple. It would show that she's really very smart. I think Johnny would be inprested.

First, I think JMB is a terrific actress, and she has had some meety plots, and had hit those stories out of the park.
She is a Spencer and to me she is GH royalty just because of that fact alone. I didn't like the flipflops over Johnny, but all true GH fans know the legacy and can understand where Lulu is coming from. The last few weeks, she has blown me away w/ her honesty w/ Johnny. Interaction w/ Lucky, Trevor, Anthony and Luke was amazing! Lulu comes from protecting her family and standing up for her loved ones, at any cost, and if thats not living up to the Spencer name, then I don't know what else would!
