Wanted to add... I loved the Jason and Maxie conversation yesterday. I know this is a Robin and Patrick thread, but their conversation was about Robin so I think it fits here.

Nothing makes me happier than Jason and Robin able to remain friends. I loved J&R Part one but to this day I can't watch J&R Part two for obvious reason.

I'm glad Maxie knocked some sense into him. This is all he's ever wanted for Robin: to be a wife, a doctor and a mother: he should be there to see it.

I am looking forward to todays eppy. I just LOVE Scrubs but I wish that Robin's dream comes true and Robert shows up and is able to give her away. (I think that it is wishful thinking on my part!)

I have been waiting patiently ALL day long and Hopefully ALL the little ones let me enjoy it!

Loved Robin's reaction to finally being at the alter with Patrick. It seemed so real. Actually reminded me of my bff when she got married. Well except for the pregnant part and the water breaking.

Shel, I have a question for you... I wasn't watching GH regularly at the beginning of 2006. There have been several comments on another board about Jason hovering by Robin's room during the virus s/l (February) b/c he wanted her to die so Sam could get the medication. I know you are a very impartial poster so I would like "a real" account of Jason's attitude toward Robin then and when she first came back to PC at the end of 2005. I know there was that confrontation about Michael at Jason's PC (did they ever resolve that or just agree to disagree). When would you say Robin and Jason's friendship turned around for the better?

Robin gets sick in section 27. In section 28, a new batch of the anti-virus is being discussed to be dispatched. Jason overhears a conversation where she tells Patrick and Robert that she does not want to get special treatment that she should go on the list like everyone else and that there are people that are more sick than her. Sam is visiting Danny (her brother) who is sick. Sam seems to be doing better. Monica comes in and tells Sam that she should go back to bed. Jason tells Monica that he overheard Robin refuse the anti-virus (not exactly accurate but ok) and asked if Monica could talk to Patrick about giving it to Danny. Monica tells Jason it doesn't work like that that in fact Alexis is as sick as Danny is.

Now, I think that Sam might take a bad turn later on so I will continue to see if I can find out. ETA: Sam did turn for the worse. HOWEVER, the anti-virus was brought to the hospital. Jason took a vile before it could be tested and said that Sam needed it. Carly took another one for Spencer. And then Patrick was going to take one to Robin and Alan told Patrick to wait because the viles had not been tested and everyone else could wait. I did not see AT ALL where it would even come close to a decision between Sam or Robin and Jason being any part of that. I think clearly someone was seeing the situation as they wanted to. What I have added was in section 35 of the youtube series I told you about.

Most of the time Jason isn't even at the hospital because he is off searching for an anti-virus or for the people that have one. So I really am not sure where the idea that Jason wanted Robin to die to save Sam came from. Granted I did not watch all the sections but I think I hit on enough of the important ones and knowing his character that I can safely say what I have said with full confidence.
