but since Jason just ran into a home with his gun drawn and almost shot a mother and her two kids, was called a monster with a gun and the fact that he looked at the gun as if it was a horrible tool (how "I" perceived it) I also think that this will show a difference in Jason in the future. This wasn't an enemy coming after these two but it shows that IF anything happened, it would have been an accident and that "danger" is everywhere. Just my thoughts!

We want to come on here to be silly (toxic balls, anyone?...it never ceases to make me giggle) and to post about our fave and not-so-fave characters in an intelligent way with friends. For myself, this board is a huge stress reliever (and, trust me, I need it). Not everyone is on here to be dead-serious all the time. That has its place but so does the light-hearted, fun posting about hot guys and silly storylines and vile characters. Ultimately, everyone's style of posting should be accepted on here, and not looked down upon if it doesn't meet our own particular standards.

While we were disagreeing with a bit of sarcasm, that is all it was. Light hearted, good natured posting. Not out to bait, mock or insult ANYONE.

I think some are being a little sensitive if you ask me. I don't get insulted when people mock Jason for being OOC as that is their opinion and their right.

Many on this board post with good natured sarcasm and NOW all of a sudden it's offensive.

I only posted my comment to remind my friends, because many of you I do consider my online friends, my GH buddies, etc...that in mocking one or a few, you may also be including those that don't think the same way you do but that maybe you like or enjoy posting with or respect their opinion.

I have felt welcomed on this message board for many years. I have made online friends because we are able to debate and chat and agree and disagree but still love the show General Hospital whereas our husbands, mothers, friends, kids, etc...roll their eyes at us so we can't/don't talk to them about the show. I thinkfor the most part my posts are appreciated. I think for the most part I'm a rational person. I like to joke a round and sometimes someone doesn't get the joke and I will go back and apologize for it.

I felt like posters like me that think one way were being mocked. I pointed it out.

But to respond to a previous post of yours, thats fine if you choose to stay away from a thread because you aren't happy with the character. I'm perfectly happy with Jason. I just think he's being written weird. I'm still a fan.

If we make fun of a character or a storyline I dont have a problem. Some of my favs have ben bashed to He!! and back to He!! again. Attacking of posters, no matter how subtle or thinly veiled is wrong. We all have different views and different opinions which should be respected. What I say is red, someone else may say is crimson, another may see it as dark pink...should we fight about it...thats silly..(but is is red...hehe)

Anyhow...I am not happy with Jason's character right now. It has nothing to do with his pairing but with his words and actions...to me Jason is not the Jason I have been watching for these many, many, many...well you get the point

And there is nothing wrong with toxic balls, hot, shirtless men, or being silly. Laughter makes the heart happy.
