pass one of those over here. My son isn't sharing the candy he got last night even though I had to beg him to even go trick or treating.
Apparently you haven't tried the ...... honey I need to check your candy and make sure no one tampered with it trick. It works wonders. While you are carefully examining every single piece of candy, you can push some pieces ( your favorites of course) under the sofa. And then later you go back and get them. He will just think you are being an overly cautious mom. It worked for years with my boys.
I tried that. He didn't bite. He said that he can check it himself and then he dumped it out in front of me and checked it. The only thing he offered me was an apple. He didn't want it because as soon as they got apples, his cousin ate hers. She didn't trick or treat very much longer because she got sick to her stomach.
Gotta love the boy...who wants to spare his mom from all that really bad for you candy...nope no sugar and processed stuff for his mom.....may i present to you mom, this apple....it may be something out of a story book...but i thought...its healthy until you take a bite...good nite snow white...hehe
awe, he is so sweet. I thought he wasn't going to share, but awhile ago, he came out and gave me some tootsie rolls. My fave. He said I can have all of his tootsie rolls.
Didnt you just melt...like a popsicle on the 4th of july... My little one came over and gave me a ahndful of tooties...cuz they my fav too....
they are mine..

My guess is they were checking to see if we behaved ourselves during our party.
Who knows, some haters may have bad posted us but I think we stayed within the lines albeit on the line from time to time.
