I thought it was interesting... looking back at Liason history and considering what Elizabeth said, Liason is pretty much a married couple! They have had the test of time, and they have been through ups and downs together... they have come through for each other when the other was hurt or required saving... and during the worst moments of their lives, the Liason bond has just gotten stronger - it has never fallen apart. Now, they just need to get their act together and make it all official

I had the same thought. Not specifically that he's see Liason, but that he'd somehow impart some wisdom on Jason. Sometimes the words of a stranger can ring clearer than all the voices in your head and all the advice from friends..

It's been a busy day for me today... we had our thanksgiving dinner earlier tonight (yes, on a saturday). Luckily, I only had to make salad. I am so full... yet still managing to eat mom's very yummy bread pudding right now.

I've been thinking a lot about the subject of what Jason and Elizabeth want in a relationship at this present time. I'm trying really hard to see what others have been saying about Jason wanting an open relationship but I just can't see it right now. I get that's what he wants deep down inside but certainly not what he's able to give right now. It's Elizabeth that's been pushing for *at least* a secret relationship. And it's Jason that every time there in a public place, has said, "we can't be seen together... it's too dangerous"... even before Michael's shooting, Elizabeth popped into Jason's room and used an excuse: "you rescued me"
Anyway, not really sure where I'm going with this post... But I'm still very much for the idea that neither of them have to prove anything to one another. And if anything, it's the fans that are more concerned about who should be pursuing who and who should be proving more b/c of whatever reason.
So, I guess what I'm trying to say is both Jason and Elizabeth have flaws, they are both extremely stubborn and they should STFU so they can act on their feelings without thinking. It's for the best really.

So I am going with the random factor here....nothing to do with Canadiana's previous post....so uh....sorry about that
Spent last night watching The Red Sox and all of Liason June-September 2002. Some random thoughts on that was it took me almost all of the Red Sox game to watch all that....for those baseball fans, it was a 5 hour game last night!
I don't think that the last 6 months have produced that much Liason! It was a real treat to see so much of them. I have now determined that 2002 was my favorite year of their relationship! I was so crushed when first Zander messed with them and then Courtney!
Also, I saw that it was Jason who never gave up on Elizabeth. Her betrayal with Zander and then Ric totally broke my heart.....Jason only moved on to Courtney once Elizabeth gave up on him....anyway, that's what I learned from last night!
OMG, I loved them back then!
I'm now watching 2006 leading up to NOP!
I like their friendship....they have been waiting so long for a real chance to be together.....going back to present day Liason on Monday is going to be tough!
I'm back to YT...oh and loved that sad Liason video you posted Esprit...

I loved watching the show in 2006, Liason has so many great scenes back then. They have such great chemistry and they have almost come full circle. As much as I get frustrated sometimes, I know in my heart of hearts they are meant to be together and they will complete their circle and become one. They are each others destiny.

My fav Liason years are 1999, 2001, 2006. Strangely enough, all years they weren't officially together.
My refuting comes in the form of... IDA with the idea that Elizabeth betrayed Jason for the following reasons.
1. Elizabeth and Jason weren't officially together 2. Jason hadn't declared his feelings to Elizabeth before she slept with Zander. He was told by Sonny that he should tell Elizabeth how he feels, but it came to late. Jason was heading over to tell her but as I said, it was too late: she slept with Zander. 3. you're right, Betray isn't the right word....."Original Gift Gift Giver/Betrayal" is the title of that Liason episode on YT.....but I totally agree that Liz didn't betray Jason really, but what I meant was that it was Elizabeth that chose Zander and then Ric.....just watching those choices made me mad. I think I'm more of a Jason fan than an Elizabeth fan, and Jason does that "sad look" oh so good.
I did love 99/01....all those scenes in her studio....."you smell like snow" awesome. My favorite scene from 02 was when Liz got shot....Jason was awesome taking care of her! Great, great scene.....
I'm loving 06 so far.....it's totally different re-watching it all and have it separate from the rest of the story....
Now, I'm not bashing the couple, but I think by 06 the writing is starting to go downhill....all those conversations on the dock....and I can't stand Elizabeth fighting so hard for Luckless.....arggggg....
