Carly now has the daughter that she always wanted. Do you think that she deserves her, even after throwing Jax out? I do. Carly has waited a long time for this, and I think that she truly deserves her

All I know is Carly shouldn't be mad at Jax, He was just trying to protect her by not telling her about Jerry, He didn't want to hurt her or the baby, and he loves Micheal like he's his own son...Why can't Carly see that?

Carly doesn't deserve any of her children but that doesn't mean I think Jax should take Jocelyn away from her nor should she take Jocelyn away from Jax. I don't think she's all that great of a parent. She puts her children in danger by being so close to Sonny and Jason and don't her and Alexis and Nikolas have nannies watching their children the majority of a time? A babysitter yeah, but a nanny who lives in the house with you? that's just lazy.

If I were Jax I would have refused to leave and second I would have gone to the cops and divulged all and then filed for full if not joint custody!! imo Carly had no right to do what she did.

I think Carly deserves to have her children. Jax doesn't. He could have prevented the situation with Sonny, Jason and Michael by handing the DVD Jerry sent him confessing all to the PCPD when he received it but he kept quiet using Carly's pregnancy as an excuse. If it was his own flesh and blood would he have been so self-righteous? Jax is a self-serving hypocrite who puts up with his step children because he wants to be with their mother. Carly did right by kicking him to the curb. And how dare he confide in Olivia and Alexis, when he should have been confiding in his own wife. Carly has a right to feel betrayed by Jax and I hope she never takes him back. Jax's brother is a monster and yet he would protect him at all cost even at the expense of his step-son.

Jax deserves to have Jocelyn just as much Carly deserves to have her and both of her boys. Jax isn't the only person in this situation who could have prevented what happened. Carly could have prevented it years ago by simply choosing to stay away from Sonny and Jason and not let them be a part of her son's life. Seriously, who picks a mob boss and a mob boss's enforcer to be male role models for their little boy? And when Michael ran off and showed up at the warehouse, why wasn't she keeping a better eye out on him then? Someone should have been watching him so that he didn't run off in the first place. Oh, but that's right, she's supposedly too busy to watch her kids herself, she pays a nanny to watch her kids for her 24/7. Jax is partly to blame, but so is Carly. And she doesn't deserve those kids no more than Jax does.

Deserves? Alot of women I know of don't really deserve their children, but she wanted her and now she's got her.

Are you saying you think Jax should get custody of Jocelyn? That would be a great storyline. Carly is wreckless when it comes to her children. She loves them, but is with Jason every chance she gets, even after making Sonny sign away his rights because HE puts them in danger?

And furthermore, all Jax was doing was giving his sorry arse psychotic brother Jerry a nine month head start to get away from Sonny and Jason's path. Yes Carly should keep Jocelyn away from Jax!!!!

If they fight over Jocelyn in a messy divorce I think Jax should tell Carly I will want full custody and if you fight me I will turn in your son for the murder of his step mother..but only if Carly forces him to go there! I support Jax!
