Here's my pitch but not exactly what the OP had in mind.

The citizens of PC are shocked to see Claudia Zacharra arrive alive and well although she has no memory of who she is and where she came from.

The reactions to her appearance has stunned eveyone who knows about her death (Michael, Carly, Jason, ect). Jason and Sonny go to the woods to dig up the body (Max and Milo do all the work). Suddenly they are surrounded by FBI Agents.

Turns out Claudia is actually a FBI agent (not a twin or a cousin) who was planning to use her resemblence to the mob princess to infiltrate the mob.

Maybe Claudia started to panic once Michael woke up from the coma. So, she went to an asylum and kidnapped a mental patient with amnesia, gave her a new identity and plastic surgery. Claudia also had Jason's house bugged because she knew he was suspicious of her. Thus, when Jason and Sam began investigating Claudia heard everything and came up with a plan. She didn't want Sonny to go to the hotel with her because she brought in her look a like dressed her exactly the same and Claudia disguised herself and left back to Italy. While her look a like who had been trained to be exactly like Claudia in every way, every thought took the fall for her.

Or maybe when Claudia woke from the crash she called in the look a like switched clothes and got out that way.

Ok so michael hits claudia and knocked her out. The baby and carly are fine. Someone is secretly lurking in the shadows. Jason and sam show up. everything that happened on the show basically happened. except Claudia isn't dead and she wakes up a few hours later realizing she was buried alive. She learned all her life how to survive in the world and she is going to use that knowledge now. she fought to dig out of that grave, then she realizes this is just a dream and she must really be about to go to heaven. then when she wakes up she is in a hospital and a dark haired guy who she never seen in her life is standing over her. "took you five years to wake up," he says. "What," she says confused. "you been in a coma and everyone is port charles thinks your dead," he replied. "for five years," she asks. "yes your going to need lots of physical therapy," he replies. "are you my doctor," she asks. "No but i am very good alliance of yours, you want payback right," he asks. "yes," she says. "Your pretty strong since you can talk for a girl who has been in a coma five years," he replies. "why do you want to help me," she asks. "Well lets just say theres something i will get out of this like maybe a good laugh," he replies. "oh by the way were not in port charles anymore dorothy, were in italy, after i train you to be a lethal assasian, we will return," he says. "Is that what you are," she asks. "were deadly." for months and months she does her physical therapy, and trains to be an assasian. then finally her partner and her get on a plane and return to port charles. "Our first stop is at tonights Metro court charity ball," he tells her. finally they hide somewhere and watch as everyone enters happilly. all in love, all dressed up and all ready for a happy event. Carly gets up on stage and starts thanking everyone for being here and all that. Then power goes out and blood splurts everywhere and screams are heard across the hall. when the power comes back on they see a strange man and a very much alive claudia.

Claudia digs out of her grave with the help of a friend who is planning to bring down Jason. she and her friend team up to work together. it is than revealed that Claudia was always a secret agent.

oh what if claudia came back and than so did aj and they team up to ruin jason's life

I will miss Claudia and I think it was unfair how she was killed off because the writers were saying that Sason and his entourage were better than her and that is not true. I don’t want Claudia to return; but, when a person is killed like that and buried in such a cold manner I don’t believe her spirit will rest in peace. I believe her spirit will roam the earth until those who are responsible for her death get what all of them deserve. And that includes every single one of them. From the grave, her spirit should cry out for justice and Sason and every single one who were included should be curse forever.

i'm just glad she's gone.

how about ric hasnt been gone all along! and to avenge or revenge his brother not believing in him yet again..have Ric save claudia from her most unfortunate buried while alive. He takes her out of the country back to Italy for where they hook up long term and plan nothing but ruthless and unsavory mortifying revenge against all the sonny clan!
