Ok, I loved the ep and all yada yada, (though I didn't get to see/hear all of it via you tube so I guess I'll have to stay up till midnight and watch it on soapnet). |

Like no one is going to search the woods and find a freshly dug grave so close to the burned down cabin Carly gave birth in. I guess I just watch too many forensic files I know I know...it's just a soap I'm gonna play devil's advocate here and assume that the doctors would be able to discern where the car wreck's impact should have inflicted trauma, and maybe the blunt trauma that was caused by Michael hitting her wouldn't add up with where she should have been damaged in the car accident? |

Ok, yeah, I agree with that...BUT they DID take the time to dig a grave and burn down the cabin so it wouldn't have taken that long to smash the windshield to make it look like she hit her head...she was upset and running for her life when she left the metrocourt with a hostage, so who could blame her if she forgot to buckle her seatbelt...I'm just saying Thanks for the imput, muchappreciated |

Quote jnlforever: Today's episode rocked!! It was all kinds of soapy. We had Michael kill the psycho who kidnapped his mother and was about to kidnap his sister and who put him in a coma.....way to go Michael! We had Carly and Jax with their new baby. We had Dante giving mouth to mouth to the woman he is falling in love with. We had Jason, Milo, Max and Sonny covering up what Michael did. I agree!! Just one word for today's show - SWEET! |

Plus, and I'm going to go out on a limb here and give the PCPD the benefit of doubt and say that when/if they find the grave that they'll realize Claudia didn't bury herself |

Ok, I must admit. I watched this episode 3 times today. It was that good! The music and the slomo of Claudia's death scene was so haunting. And the actor who plays Michael is fantastic! (I really hope he wins an Emmy.) |

I thought the first half of this epi was SO good. The kid who plays Michael did an excellent job in displaying the rage that he felt for Claudia. I thought Steve Burton did really good trying to calm him down, the little smile when he was trying to get Michael to go see his mom and sister was excellent. However, I wanted Carly, right then, to thank Michael for saving her and Joss. That way Michael would have felt a bit more justified for what he did. And I don't know why in the he// they are covering everything up. What was the choice even if they had to fudge the truth a tiny bit and say Claudia had the gun and was threatening the baby when Michael heard and barged in, that would've been better. What happened to my "Stone Cold" logical Jason?? |

(On a different note, if I have to hear one more long, long drawn out convo with Olivia and anybody but especially Sonny somebody's gonna have to revive me from my catatonia. So boring!! I like Olivia, but what a snooze fest those two are together!! I can't stand them. They do absolutely nothing for me. |

Quote cherrycola: Quote onlygh: Another terrific eppy! Gosh, GH is on a roll. I loved every single minute of today's show! ***Dante tenderly caring for Fair Lulu ***Jason and his henchmen going all Good Fellas ***Sonny taking bad parenting to heretofore unattained low levels ***Jax with his baby girl in his arms ***Maxie chattering away on her cell, seeing something she probably shouldn't have that she'll no doubt tell everyone in Port Chuck about ***Carly being Carly (wow, just wow to Laura Wright, who never ceases to amaze me) ***Dante covering nicely and smoothly when Johnny heard Lulu say "officer" ***Michael Corinthos Jr. (did you get a load of his eyes just before he whacked Claudia...egad!) ***And...the piece de resistance...Claudia is DEAD Kudos to the actors in the ensemble over the last few eppys...special recognition to Dominic Zamprogna and Julie Marie Berman (their scenes were Emmy-worthy); Laura Wright; Drew Garrett; Ingo Rademacher; and Sarah Joy Brown. All this, and I'd like to add that the camerawork of the killing and the music were spot on. I think some of the story is idiotic (Max is right about the cabin fire), but the actors, direction and tech aspects were terrific. You're so right Cherry. That scene came together spectacularly...I was sitting there thinking, wow this is really powerful...so cool to see this kind of quality on daytime. |

I think one of the best things for me was actually seeing Sonny/Jason in all out mob mode. From the conversation Jason had with Sonny "Are you alone?" , to watching them disposing of Claws body, to Jason torching the cabin.. felt and looked like the mob to me!!! |

The way I see it if the mob is going to be a major facet of the show, then do it right. For so long, there was all this dancing around the issue...hence, all the jokes about "The Teddy Bear Mob." For better or worse, yesterday's show made it abundantly clear that Sonny, Jason (and their henchman) are the real deal. (I also thought it was effective how they showed all the family members and significant others closing ranks...from Michael to Sam to Carly. I was slightly surprised that Carly told Jax even though I'm glad she did.) |

OMG! This episode has to be the best I've ever seen & I have been watching this soap for 30 years! Carly was awesome. Jason - awesome. Michael - awesome. Sonny - awesome. Jax - awesome. I was so heart broken when Sonny said to his son who had just killed someone - you did good. It was like the death of Michael as a child and seemed like forshadowing of his becoming a monster like Sonny. OMG! The ramifications that were set in place with this episode are going to be HUGE! |

Quote Jasam09: Maybe it's just me, but do you know that feeling when you are watching something-- that feeling of complete and utter epic-ness that causes tears to come your eyes even if it isn't sad? You jump up and down, and cover your mouth, and shriek a little. Sometimes when something like that happens, I have to pause it and contain myself before it goes any further, because I know I will absolutely lose it if I don't. That is what happened with me watching this scene. These are the scenes I watch GH for. There aren't enough of them, but when the great moments come along they can be OH SO POWERFUL!! The way Claudia was lying there dead with her eyes open, blood pouring out of her head. Such a moving moment. WOW......that was so me, I had the tears in the eyes too and believe me it wasn't because I was sad that Claudia died! |
