im not saying anything against jj. but so far he is ok a lucky .but im not convinced yet on ll2 its been so done and redone..but i have to wait and see..

I loved today! Jason and Sonny used to be as close as family to the Spencers, including Lucky. I loved these scenes today. When GV was on, I would see a scene between Lucky and Jason and even if Lucky were being nice it always seemed he was being competitive. JJs Lucky is just so confident it doesn't matter if he's smaller or younger looking he just seems to hold his own. I thought his concern for Carly was odd because it's not like they are ever at family events together but I hope the writers are trying to shift that so I'll just accept it like a good little soap viewer. Technically, Carly and Michael are Spencers and I think the writers are reminding everyone of that fact. I hope that means we'll be seeing a bit more of Bobbie in the near future. I love, love, loved the fact that Lucky wasn't spouting out the same self righteous drivel he's been spewing the last few years. I've said it before and I'll keep saying it. The real Lucky is back!!

They are finally writing, Lucky as a man who can hold his own, the scene between Lucky and Jason was great, he didn't have to get excite to get his point across, the cool suave cop, hat's off to JJ

Awww if it was only that simple LOL

This definitely feels like a completely different Lucky to me. I've seen recasts in soaps before but never such a glaring contrast. It seems to me like they made a conscious decision to rewrite this character for the actor. JMO.

I am completely and wholeheartedly TEAM Lucky!!!! I really liked GV's Lucky. I never watched the JJ years as Lucky and was a bit nervous when he was brought back. I was really excited about seeing him on Oct. 27 and was just blown away! I fell in love with JJ's Lucky. I loved his "Remember me?" There were so many cheesy lines but JJ's delivery made my heart melt. I was squealing when he said, "That's why they would call me Lucky." and "I feel Lucky tonight ... did I just say that?"

I love everything about JJ's Lucky. And JJ has grown into such a handsome, sexy man. Okay, I don't like his beard, but that's okay. He really is a man. So confident, secure, sweet and loving.

I agree that it seems like the writing for JJ's Lucky has changed, but I really am not sure. I think it has more to do with the acting. JJ's Lucky is really different. GV's Lucky always seem to have a chip on his shoulder. In his scenes with Jason yesterday, JJ's Lucky had disdain for Jason and got in a few jabs, but Lucky was not petulant and insecure with Jason. Lucky seemed confident around Jason. He could see Jason's POV but he also didn't waver in his belief that it would be wrong for Jason to kill Claudia. You could see that JJ's Lucky was thinking about whether or not to believe Jason would try to save Carly and the baby first and kill Claudia as a last resort to save Carly. I think that JJ's Lucky saying that people will do anything for family is a hint of what's coming up.

I don't know if anyone else has read this spoiler and I can't remember if I read it on soaps.com or not, but Lucky is suppose to shoot someone and with NL leaving GH, I wonder if Lucky shoots Rebecca.

Lucky suggesting that he would kill someone if his family was in danger makes me think that Rebecca will find out about the Niz affair and go after Liz or maybe Nik, so Lucky shoots her to stop her.

There is also spoiler talk about a party at the HS and that's when Lucky finds out about the Niz affair as does everyone else. I am so sick of the Claudia s/l. I guess there's two more days of it. I for one am so happy that that sorry little s/l is over.

I want to see more Lucky, Liz, the Spencers, Helena. I am psyched about Steven Lars returning. I would love to see Steven Lars and Lucky being really good brother-in-laws with Steven Lar being supportive of both Liz and Lucky when the Niz affair comes out. I don't want him to take sides, although Liz is his sister. I would love to see Lucky have a new BFF. Does Lucky have any close male friends? It would be great if Patrick and Lucky became close friends. Lucky needs a couple of BFF.
