I can't wait until the day that Carly files those divorce papers and leaves Jax's unloyal azz in the dust!!!! She can do better than him anyways!!!! Make she and Sonny can hook back up. Cool!!!!!!!!!!

Jax only kept the information from Carly because she was pregnant. If he had told Sonny it would have all blown up as well and Carly would have been affected. That way I have to defend Jax's character. He would have told her after she gave birth. Carly will be freaked out when she finds out not just that Jax knew, but Olivia, Kate, Jason, Sam, and a few others who suspected. As horrible as Jerry is he is still Jax's brother and that puts Jax in a very awkward and emotional situation. I would hate to see the writers break up Jax and Carly though. She wasn't supposed to have stress. Hopefully her character will understand that eventually.

Yeah, that's exactly what Carly needs...another divorce...what is it, like 6 now? Not to mention that once you do the math and total up all the lies between Jax and Carly over the course of their marriage, I'm thinking Jax's latest fibs bring them close to being even.

Sure, have Carly boot him out for awhile to think about what he did (which I do believe he did with the best of intentions) and then let them work things out (with a therapist, if necessary). They have children to consider and they are in love. Those things do count.

Oh...and the part about Carly hooking up with Sonny again...why in the world would she want to do that? He is nothing but a used-up old Lothario now. Surely, sexy Carly can do a lot better than the Sonnster...anyone could.

My guess is that Carly will be angry for a while but will forgive him. After all, she really does love him. I don't know about her friendship with Oli. I hate to say that it may not survive this. Carly is not very good at keeping girl-friends. She will forgive Jason because he is her best friend and she knows that he was trying to protect her.

I hope that she does not go back to Sonny if she files for divorce. I have been feeling like Jax dosn't want Michael around because he is very much his fathers son. Too bad. Sometimes you have to keep trying to reach a child. Never give up. I know he has tried but it seems like the baby has consumed him. I can understand that too. It happens to all of us when we have our children.

But, wouldn't it be funny if Diane did represent Carly in a divorce against Jax? A second time around?! She would be like told you so. I could easily see Jax telling a judge that Carly is unfit mother. I guess love is really blind and stupid at times.

Carly has some nerve! Not sure whether she can forgive Jax?! What? From what I saw these last eight months Jax has been the only one concerned about Carly and the baby's health. Carly however, has been eating junk food, working when she's supposed to be on bed rest, and finding excuses to be at the hotel and Jason and Sonny's office(it's a mobster's headquaters, bad idea)! Carly is also not supposed to be stressed or she could have a stroke and die; and Jax telling Carly "Oh, by the way, Claudia ordered the hit on Sonny and Micheal got shot instead." wouldn't be stressful in the slightest! Carly would have gotten horribly upset and stressed; and could have either died of a stroke and lost the baby, or lost the baby. Jax was concerned about his wife and unborn child's health; and Carly has a deadly condition!
Carly has cheated on Jax with Sonny(no suprise!), and has acted all morally superior when her list of sins is miles long! Jax cheating on Carly with Kate was a temporary lasp in judgement, but I can't blame him(Carly had pushed him to his breaking point at the time and he was hurt, which is the excuse Carly used for sleeping with Sonny in the back of the limo, but expected Jax to forgive her, which he did).
I think Jax is going to be the best parent on GH. He will acually pay attention to his daughter, know where she is, be a responsible parent, and have her accept responsibilty for her actions. Micheal and Kristina are screwed up and Kristina has been responsible for the death of a baby, which Alexis and Sonny covered up. Micheal was responsible for shooting Kate and left her there to die in the alley! But of course Sonny, Carly, and Jason ignored the fact that Micheal left someone to bleed to death in an alley after he shot them,they covered it up, and Micheal was given nothing more than a tiny slap on the wrist from his parents. Jax was the one who wanted Micheal to take responsibilty for what he did, but Carly, Sonny, and Jason couldn't have that! Not their precious baby! No matter what Micheal and Kristina have done and will do in the future, they will never have to pay or take responsibilty for their actions!
Morgan and Molly's only saving grace have been Jax and Ric's influences. Dante's only saving grace is Sonny and him not knowing they're father and son. Jerry is Jax's brother, and he wanted to give him a second chance after the Metro Court incedent; and he is still his brother and Jax still cares about and loves Jerry. Sonny wanted to kill Ric after he locked Carly up in a room and wanted to take her baby away, pass it off as his, and kill her. But Sonny didn't kill Ric because he is his brother through their mother. So what's so different about Jax protecting his own brother?

This whole "Carly's mad" thing is getting on my nerves. BTW, How did Sonny know that Jax knew? Anyway, Jax was doing what he thought was right for Carly and the baby. She never really acted like she had a serious condition,but apparently she did. Jax and Jason have done the same thing and she'll forgive Jase instantly and try to get all up on her high horse with Jax. That's BS. I wish, just once, a soap character could use their heads and figure, hey, this might not be that big of a deal. Especially given all the things Jax has had to forgive on Carly's part. I agree that he's kind of acting like a turd right now but I so disagree that there should be a divorce.

I'm all for Carly and Jax splitting, simply because I'm bored with them and I'd like to see Carly move on. BUT, I do not think Jax withholding this information should be the reason for her to leave him. As much as he annoys me, he was trying to protect her and their unborn baby. Now the fact that he's trying to use Dante to bring the father of Carly's children down is a whole other issue. THAT, I'd be happy for her to leave him over. As much as I want Sonny out of the picture, it's ALL kinds of wrong for Carly's husband to be involved in his demise IMO.

Well I for one won't shed any tears if Carly leaves Jax. I'm a big Carly fan. I have watched from the very beginning when Sarah Brown was Carly. I have watched her actually finally grow up some. Carly is to me a great mom who loves and adores her children. This kinda of betrayl is something I don't see her forgiving. As for Jax, I know he says he was doing it to protect Carly and the baby Ive been hearing that for what seems like an eternity, but to me it was an excuse to protect his brother and his own butt once again. If she does forgive him it will shock the hell out of me!! If they stay together I hope they do something for the two of them cause they are becoming rather boring Imo. Plus I really am despising Mr. Jasper Jax for what he did to Olivia getting Dante back on the case knowing oh she felt and how worried she was for her child. IMO jax cares only about what Jax wants and what Jax needs. Don't really want her back with Sonny, but don't want her with Jax either.

Uh, I get it, you really hate Jax. Not sure why Sonny is a BETTER choice but to each his/her own.

Okay I may be a little wrong with my timeline but didn't Jax see the DVD before Carly got pregnant. When they reunited after she slept with Sonny they were in the hotel room and she was talking about no more secrets meanwhile he had just learned that his brother had a part in Michael's shooting. His original reason for not telling her was that Carly would blame him because he was the one who convinced her to give his brother a chance. Had he told her before she got pregnant like maybe around the time he first found out he wouldn't be going through this.

Haven't see such deep replies to a thread in a while and I am in agreement with those of you who support Jax, as I do also.

I am not a Carly lover by a long shot and I do not think she is the best of mother's - mainly due to the reckless moves she is always taking that indirectly endanger the family as a whole.

Jax, was correct, to keep the facts as he knew then from her due to the dangers -- speaking of dangers as they have been stated for the past weeks at this point in the show she should have gone into a coma or almost one prior to reaching the cabin after all the stress not even to mention all the physical stresses when she tried to wrestle control of the car from Claudia >>> not to mention that she is in labor at this point >>> soapland for sure. Oh, one more add when Claudia opened the door and walked in there for sure should have been at the least a fainting reaction.
