Why in the hell did he let Jason leave the Metro Court to go find Carly and Claudia huh???? What the hell is wrong him???? Mac didn't do nothing but waste valuable time!!!! If I were Jason I would've pretended to go upstairs to check on the party guests. In reality, I would've left out the rear entrance/exit through the garage level, then I would've got into my vehicle, then I would've bounced and would've looked for them myself and Mac wouldn't been the wiser. And another thing, had that have been Robin or Maxie, it would've taken the whole United States Military and then some to keep him in that hotel. The way that Mac was going on, one will think that he wanted Carly and the baby to be hurt in some way. Doesn't he know that Carly is like a sister to Jason, and he is willing to anything for her???? If he doesn't he'd better learn quickly!!!!!!!!! Mac needs some help and needs it quickly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We all know Jason is the real hero of the PCPD. So of course, he will save Carly and not the PCPD. ..... however, I have to disagree with you. Despite knowing that Jason is the only one who could find Carly, Mac has a point, he does not want Claudia dead or any other causalities. If Jason is involved you know someone is leaving in a body bag. Yet, he will still be the hero.

Mac was trying to prevent further murder being committed and the crime scene being contaminated, which would have happened with the cover-up Corinthos organization.

I'm actually happy Mac did what he did. No matter how much all of PC [except Johnny] hates Claudia, Mac did what a real commissioner would have done. He can hate Claudia as much as he wants but when it comes down to it, he has to prevent violence. They all know what Jason was going to do so Mac, actually doing his job, had to stop yet another person from being killed by Jason.

I also was glad that Mac was appreciative of Johnny's cooperation. That was nice to see Mac treating someone, who is only trying to help, with a little respect. I like that side of Mac.

Why should the police commissioner defer to a hit man who he knows is out for revenge?! I was glad to see Mac calling the shots for a change.

Jason is not a hero. That scenario has played for many years now, but it has become stale and unbelievable at this point. It is time for tptb to turn the tables on the mobsters and hand the power back to the PCPD.

Mac was acting the way Mac should. Had he let Jason go off as mad as he was, who knows who would have gotten injured or killed in the process. Should Claudia pay for ordering the hit, yes, but not gunned down in cold blood!

Mac has lost his mind, they didn't arrest Sonny, Max, Milo or Dante who are also trained killers that work for Sonny. Food for thought

i think mac should have just shot jason and sonny that would end the violence but ill settle for them going to prison for life lol

Let me understand this correctly you are pissed because Mac Scorpio, police, stopped Jason, criminal, from trying to KILL SOMEONE!!! WOW that's strange. I guess in the weird world the police should allow criminals to kill and get away with it.

Well, the problem is this. Claudia kidnapped Carly and her unborn child and has a gun. Police will shoot to kill if threatened with a gun. I think at this point Claudia dosen't care if she lives or dies. She has nowhere to go and nothing to live for..and its all her own fault too. Mac is just following protocol. But Mac does seem to always be looking for a reason to arrest Jason for something, dosen't he!
