Yep. I think it would have been funny if they could have had TB and JB as extras at the party.

Yeah I saw that. Great way to end SJB's run as Claws. By having one of the last major connections with another character, be the same character she originated years ago.

Somewhat fitting. And, if you think about it, her whole story was connected to Carly. She inevitably got Carly's son shot. The same son that got his start during SJB's Carly's reign. SJB's new character married Sonny, one of Carly's major love interests. Claudia almost married Jason too, Carly's bff.

but SJB's Carly was the one that started the Jason/Carly friendship that has lasted for so many years. Isn't it funny that when she comes back to the show, her new character of Claudia hates Jason, while Jason despises her just the same?

Lots of intentional parallels.

I completely agree. Some hate the writers, but I think this is brilliant. A great way to end the story. It would be even more fitting if both characters died or Claudia got away, but died her hair blonde/light brown to look like the original Carly to escape.
