But then Carly couldn't have been taken hostage, and we can't have a s/l that doesn't involved Carly or one of her kids being kidnapped, taken hostage, shot or in a fire/explosion. |

I think that Sonny is getting toooooo old and needs to retire his mob job... Jax disappointed me when he just stood there with his mouth wide open and didn't go after his wife until the elevator was closed. |

May I add something else that was stupid! When Carly was on her way up in the elevator why didn't Marty have the sense to call Jax on his cell to tell him she was on her way up! |

As usual Sonny did not think before reacting. And I must say I am pretty disappointed in Jason too these days. |

IMV Sonny makes a lousy mobster and looked bad in front of his friends and family. If he cares so much about Carly, why did he not wait until after the baby was born to bring this out into the open. Does he not think it would come out in the newspapers when Claudia got booked for attempted murder and Carly would not read it. Sonny's character would have been dead long ago with the stupid moves he makes. And what has happened to Jasons voice of reason? Sonny is also a bad influence on his kids. I am glad Kristina sees the real him and is horrfied. Unfortunately, Michael will probably follow in his footsteps. If I were Jax I would try as hard as I could to put Sonny away. Good points. I didn't like the way Claudia was written after the shooting, and I think her character had a lot of potential that was simply thrown away for the sake of momentary high angst. So, I'm not unhappy to see this version of Claudia disappear. Had she been written more strongly, the way she entered the show, I would like for her to have stayed. But in the end, Sonny is no better than she is. She's done nothing that he hasn't done except that she lost control of the situation with Ian and Michael got shot. I don't let her off the hook for that. She is reponsible for it, but had they been writing her smarter, more complex, and better, they could have found a way to handle it differently. Either she would have owned what she did when given chances to come clean, or she could hav confessed to Michael and he could have claimed that this was his to forgive or not and to decide how of if she should pay. I think Michael actually "got" Claudia, and they could have had an intersting relationship. I can see why SJB didn't want to continue to play the character. They made Claudia dumb, callous and one-dimensional. They had to get boring after a while. |

I liked her when she first started and now at the end, but in between she was not the typical mob queen that I expected. I don't think SJB liked how her character went either and I can't say I blame her. Very typical of the writers though! |

I dont get was Sonny's big plan was... Was he really going to announce to all of his family friends that he had a motive to kill Claudia and then have the guards drag her out and whack outside the metro court???? Seriously, how was that going to go well? You cant make everyone you care about an accomplice to murder. I dislike him, he is SUCH AN IDIOT! |
