same lines but different personality- jj vs gv

I find it fascinating that JJ is uttering the same sort of lines that GV but the effect is totally different. Whereas GV's Lucky seemed too nice and I felt sorry for him for being such a patsy, it appears that JJ can take care of himself. Maybe it's just the history between him and RH and TG, but there's a fire there that makes me think Liz will turn around and drop Nicholas. I hope so. There really is chemistry between these two and I hope it gets explored. Nicholas is turning into a crazy person and is so off=base pursuing the love of his brother's life. On the other hand,nobody can stop those feelings if they're there.

Hello papaya. I was thinking the same thing. As JJ was saying his lines to Elizabeth at the hospital, I was trying to picture GV saying the same lines.

I guess it's really which Lucky you prefer.

JJ: The first love, the Hero, the guy that totally respected her.

Or

GV: The guy that finally married her, help raise HER children, but in the long run the relationship was bound to come to a hault, they all do, on the soaps.

GV is just the face with the flaws.

I love the original, he represents love and innocence for me.
