Am I the only fan sad about Claudia's impending demise?

I agree with what you said! I will miss Claudia. She's one of those characters you love to hate...kinda like Jerry Jax. He's another character I love to hate. I also agree that she fit with Sonny so well! I think they are a perfect match and if they were given the time could have been a real butt kicking couple. I'm sad to see that that won't be happening.

ITA with everything you said. The whole thing with bratty Michael getting shot was an accident and Sonny had it coming. He's in the mob or did he forget the life he chose? I hate that Claudia is being blamed as if she tried to kill Mikey!

Yep!! your the only one. I for one can't wait for her to go. To bad (it seems they're not going to kill her off) that one day she may return.

Then lol, as you put it Satan handpicked couple of sonny and Claudia occurred. Good point that, that is ample punishment for Sonny which he needs since he is not perfect either, but the character is written she is more noteworthy of being a nuisance than anything else.


Exactly... Claudia is Sonny's perfect penance. I love that she was able to do what no one else in PC has and pull one over on Sonny and Jason for this long. Especially Sonny, he has his nerve. I have been disappointed in Jason a lot in the last month, I dont like how emotional and vengeful he has become. And killing her on her birthday is just plain mean. At least give the girl a day.

I love Clauson, perfect couple for what they do. I will hate to see Claudia leave, especially now that they have written her as someone to be reckoned with. I loved the way she got all up in Sonny's face without fear. If the writers would have left her character as it was (Angelina Jolie in Wanted) I would have loved her more. She is a young Helena dressed badly.

someone should talk to wardrobe about being a little too literal. Between Claudia only wearing color once in a year and a half, Dante's stupid gold chains, Jason only wearing black tshirts and Sonny's suit obsession, I'm a little over things being quite so on the nose...

I happen to totally agree with you Clalvis! Claudia is one of those characters who just can't be written everyday. Her dark undertone is perfect and singed with individuality.I'm sorry, I think Claudia is perfect. IMO, her character absolutely works and fits so perfectly with Sonny. And I happen to love that Claudia only wears black and red. Another perfect aspect of her character that I loved. Let's not for Maxirocks, that there are tons of guys like Dante. His character is very reminiscent of a tough Italian boy in who grew up in Brooklyn. Alot of those guys happen to look like that and wear gold chains. But to the point, I can't wait for Claudia's return!

Claudia should return. I want to see what another good actress can do with the role--a little older, a little wiser, the character has possibilities.

And here I was hoping they would blow her up or sth!
Don't like the character, dont even love to hate her, just can not stand Claudia;

They should have brought Faith back if they were looking for a Great Villain.

The Birthday song kept popping into my head everytime Claudia was in a scene today. Man she is going to really have her birthday bubble burst tommorrow. Memorable for sure, just not the happy memories she was thinking were coming her way. I wonder if she'll wear red shoes at her bday party..

Claudia storyline brought drama/intrigue - Helena retire. It was time for a different STRONG, EVIL female character to mix things up. GH has blown it - lots of possibilities for future story lines. I think the "twist" coming is that Johnny is NOT Anthony's son by blood - Claudia knew it, loved him and battled to keep it proper to not expose him. Anthony's pride would not allow the truth to be known - killed his wife to keep the secret.
