This week promises to be a good one. Circa 1980's drama. I must say that with the exception of some loop holes the writers are steppin up. Excited about Jonathan Jackson's return but not liking the way the ditched Greg Vaughn. Not a real big fan of his (GV) but those of us older fans remember the way the screwed Stephen Nichols (Stephan Cassidine) the first time around. I can understand the reasoning though, because if they are going Cassidine/Spencer war JJ and TC do this very well. |

Not super excited by the James Franco storyline yet. I tend to like more human interest s/ls than big mysteries. I guess with all the mob stuff the mysterious graffitti and weird pics on the wall arent' doing it for me. I guess that's why I like Spixie so much and why I'm so excited about JJs return. JJ always had the more personal s/ls. I can't wait to see him and TG together and I'm actually excited to see how he and Ethan get along. This all really is reminding me of the 90s s/ls that I loved so much. |

I totally agree - used to watch GH in the 80s and early 90s, but then it got boring and I got busy, so I stopped watching. In February I saw a couple of "trailers" advertising that GH was going to be renovated and thought I'd see what was going on. I was pleasantly surprised to see that a lot of the beloved characters are still on the show as well as the original actors. And oftentimes past characters are still mentioned during storylines. It should be fun to see how the new Spencer/Cassadine storyline plays out. And, Dante/LuLu are great together ... I can only hope they bring back Laura and Scott!! |
