The New "Old" Lucky

They'd have to wipe out the whole last 6 yrs in order for them to be as good a fit as they were back then. ITA w/u tho that I'm excited to see what he can bring to the show now!! |

To me it would've been better if Lucky had stayed dead all these years but that's not what happend. Now JJ has to come back and deal with this mess of a Lucky. I'm hoping for the best because, to me, he was one of the top three characters ever to grace GH. It will be interesting to see, won't it, how JJ handles this mess of a Lucky b/c he was always the adventurous, fun-loving Lucky. I don't know how GH will explain this but I can't wait to find out!! |

I think that Lucky will now be a kicka$$ cop. Hoping he and Dante can team up and actually solve a case. I think that you will see some amazing chemistry between him and Tony Geary and understand the magic that was teenage Lucky and will hopefully still be there as JJ steps into TG/JJ have always had awesome chem and I would be totally surprised if it changed now. It truly was magic btwn them, that's a good way to describe it. I don't think he and GV ever did hit it off, hence the Ethan s/l. I don't know for sure of course, it's just a guess. |

I don’t care who plays Lucky because I have had enough of LnL2 and their history will always be there, JJ can’t change that. They hinder each other’s growth and development. Lucky of old (JJ) was Lizzie youth and Lucky of now (GV) was Lizzie throne in her side. Both characters changed because they outgrew one another a long time ago. |

I've wondered that too... It will definitely be interesting to see the dynamics between JJ's Lucky and Ethan. GV's Lucky and Ethan were beginning to get along, so I wonder if the writers will change that dynamic once JJ returns. Tomorrow ladies!!!

It would take an awfully long time for the writers to unring that bell but I don't think they really could. Like u said they were teenage loves altho I'm willing to wait and see how they interact as adults and keep an open mind but I don't see how it can change after all the stuff they went thru. |

Lucky is too awesome of a father to not have any biological children. We'll have to agree to disagree then b/c we don't know yet if they'll have amazing chem or not until we see them on screen. JJ's Lucky hurt Liz too by sleeping w/her sister Sarah when she was in love w/him so he's not perfect. There's only one person I've liked w/Liz since but I won't mention it here. I'm sorry but you'll have a very long wait b/c Lucky will never be Jake's father. SB has said that many, many times at his PA's. |

Personally, I'm SO excited about JJ's returned, I'm going to have a flip'n melt down waiting!!! I might have to call in sick tomorrow!!!! I feel flu-ish.. |

I welcome JJ back to General Hospital as a great actor. He may be the answer to the Jasam and Liason war. If Liz is happier in another relationship, it may make the Liz fans happy also. Their chemistry was like Jason and Robin's, innocent. I'm a die-hard Liz fan and it wouldn't make me happy at all b/c even tho Lucky was played by a different actor back then there's still way too much water under the bridge. Unless they wipe out that entire s/l, which I see no way for them to do that, it wouldn't change anything for me. Plus he cheated on her back then w/her sister Sarah and he's cheated on her of late as well and I'm still angry about that. Liz loved him like crazy then but he only had eyes for Sarah!! Okay, I hear you.  I was looking for a quick fix to the angst on the MB. I've been wondering how they were going to bring him back as the adult Lucky. I just recently watched the 1998 Lucky and Elizabeth storyline and they were fresh in my mind. I seen a preview were he was standing in the front door of someones house and says" Hi, remember me?" What did that mean? (Hope this wasn't a spoiler.)
