After the last couple of days seeing what Claudia could be like as Sonny's powerful wife and helpmate, I hope that the writers do not kill her off in the coming exit, but recast the character and bring her back in the future. Even if it means rewriting the exit story line. after all, this has been done many times on daytime TV.

It is depressing to see what could have been instead of the half crazy neurotic we got.

I understand where you're coming from Cynic but I hope GH lets Claudia go off to soap purgatory somewhere, never to be heard from again. For a year, this vile character has been sopping up screentime from far-more-interesting characters like there's no tomorrow. Sarah Joy Brown is an outstanding actress. If she couldn't do anything with this character, I'm thinking any recast would fail as well. Sure, the writers could correct their mistakes in drawing the character but what would be the point? She's not connected to a legacy family and has pretty much burned every bridge in town. The only Zacchara I'm interested in seeing stick around Port Chuck is Johnny (although an occasional visit by the talented Bruce Weitz as Crazy Anthony is always a treat).

I have a feeling that Claudia and Sonny, flushed with their success in Puerto Rico, will become intimate again and Claudia will become pregnant. Hopefully she will skip town after letting her departure appear suspicious, only to reappear later. Sara J. Brown was stuck with the poor storyline and characterization she was given, which led to very negative postings.

i totally loved the power couple and how claudia just spun around gun slingin' and all, i hate to see how this will end i do like claudia now, she's a great villian....

To be honest I will kind of miss her! Sarah Brown is a gem, and I sort of like her and Sonny as theperfect mob couple. At least it keeps Sonny away from Carly and Olivia, I will be sad, but clearly the writers had it in for the character of Claudia from the get go

I too am hoping they do not kill her off...iI hope she just leaves town mysteriously so the door is open for her to return.

The writers wrote Claudia in a corner Sarah did the best she could with what she was given. I wish they had written her like they did yesterday from the start because the s/l had potential at first.

I will be sad to see her leave GH

I'm beginning to wonder if there is something called The Sonny Syndrome in which any woman paired with Sonny becomes either a psychotic basket case, weak and clueless or both. I can't think of a single woman he's been with who didn't go downhill almost immediately after the pairing.

I think Carly is only watchable now because she's been away from him long enough to go into remission.

I cannot wait until she is dead, dead, DEAD, so dead that she can never come back nor can GH replace her!! I too am sick of all the airtime she's hogged up over almost the last 2 yrs w/her slezy, slutty ways. Buh bye, Claudia!!!!

Nope, its to late! The writers should have written them this way for jump street instead of having her try and kill Sonny, causing Nikey to be shot
