Can't wait for Tuesday!!

I'm getting sick of people talking about the supposed "disrespect" of GV. Are we not allowed to show our joy that JJ is returning because it might hurt GV's feelings?? Ridiculous. GH has to promote their show and it's got nothing to do with GV and the job he's done and everything to do with JJs return. GV's history. JJs the past and the future and that, to me, is what's important. I'm pretty sure GV isn't curling up in a fetal position and crying about the way GH is choosing to promote the show. He's gonna be fine guys. Relax. Bask in the fact that the once and future Lucky makes his reappearance on Tuesday!!

Stacey no disrespect but please don't tell me what to do! In my opinion what was said in that promo about Elizabeth's real true love was back, is so disrespectful and just plain tacky towards GV who has been playing Lucky you know Liz's first love!!!!

I want to know something are the writers going to focus on Lucky now and not write him as such the doofus he has become because JJ's back?

I am really looking forward to JJ, but I will miss GV's Lucky, GV is so hot. As to the disrespect towards GV, I don't see it. I think it is more of a "bait" tactic to get the fans to watch. In the end, my guess is that his next line will be something simple and obvious, like..."your date for the night" or something like that.

I love love love JJ, always had; sorry that Greg V got thrown under the bus, but that was the risk he took in taking on a BELOVED soap favorite. They would have done that to any one else on GH if a fav agreed to return.

I am a Brenda Barret fan, through and through, I know Guza has been tryna get her back fors years, baiting her by saying he was going to recast her role and all types of junk (like B could be replaced) But that was just hot air he likes to blow up arse's. But, hypothetically speaking if he were to replace Brenda, and then she decided to come back, GH would drop whoever was currently holding down that role within a blink of the eye.
No doubt about it!

Greg V happened to be in the same postion as VM and RB's stand ins were, unfortunately for him. I knew alot of people are hoping he goes to Y&R to play Diego again, so lets see how this all plays out!

Even I wondered why they put "Liz's true love is back" cause as far as I'm concerned, Lucky's been around. My point, though, is that everytime JJs return is mentioned somone has to talk about GV. To me, it's like throwing GV a bone or giving him a consolation prize. He doesn't seem upset about it. He's a big boy. If the topic is JJ, let it be JJ, not Yay JJ and Poor GV. I'm not telling anyone what to do, I just said I was tired of seeing it. The two aren't connected. That's is the point.

While I loved JJ's Lucky, I felt the promo was insulting to both GV and JY. JY won an Emmy for playing the role. Why not ask if Liz and Lucky can make it work one more time, or use some other tease instead of insinuating that Lucky has been missing since they were teens?

I have no doubt that the writing for Lucky will improve. This dismays me as a fan. The writing shouldn't have degraded for the character. The character, the fans, and the actors all deserved the same amount of effort they will put into JJ's Lucky. Lucky has done much in my eyes to diminish my esteem for the character over the last decade, so JJ should have his work cut out for him.

As for the comment that originators of roles will always take precedent over recasts, that is not true. Sarah J Brown originated the role of Carly, but LW was not cast aside when she returned.

I think the whole "remember me" is going to be the beginning of the new Liz and Lucky. I absolutely love Liason and cringe everytime I see LL together and really cringe at Liz and Nic together but I have to say I got chills when I saw the JJ clip! I am so happy they are bringing him back and I can once again stomach LL together again!
