You are so right. I am not sure I want Sonny in jail either. As much as I hate to admit, Sonny is very intregal to the landscape. I do believe, if they could just reveal Dante is his son, maybe this would be the shake up Sonny would need to start to reconfigure his life. Make some changes to the good (at least for awhile). Try to reconnect with his children-all his children. The problems 3 of 4 are going to have would made a decent s/l. Sonny doing his best to go legal would to. I would hate for Dante to be pulled to the dark side and really don't see it considering the way the writers have painted him. But if Sonny stays true to the mob, I could see that happening.

My thinking tbs (I posted about it somewhere a week or so ago... ) is that Dante could be Sonny's ticket to redemption. Even with all his guilt and regret, Sonny's been unable to extricate himself successfully from the life...probably because he knows nothing else. I could see a future possible scenario (after Sonny and Dante have established some sort of satisfactory father/son relationship) where Dante does what's necessary to bring his father's business into the light. How great would that be...the Corinthos heir taking the mob legit... Frankly, there is so much potential in storyline material for Dante (with or without his dad in the picture).

I'm not sure what will happen, but I don't see Dante going darkside because of the way they have taken so much time to establish him as a certain kind of character.

I just want itto be told already about the paternity thing and I sure hope there is no Sonny Carly reunion-I am sooooo done with all that!

I've been wondering.....we know Dante is very smart....so why hasn't he figured out yet that Sonny is his father? He knows more about the situation than Sonny does.

He knows that his mother and Sonny use to be a couple as teenagers
He knows his mother is still in love with Sonny
He knows that Olivia is still protective of Sonny
He's Olivia's son.

Or, did he already know before coming to PC?

I remember him telling someone(can't remember who, then I guess I don't remember) that he found his father, but then he played it off and started being evasive. I think not only is Dante there maybe to take Sonny down, but he also wants to know about the type of man his father really is. And so far, even though Sonny has lots of faults....Dante thinks that Sonny is a good father to his children and a decent guy, even though he's a Mobster...is that an oxymoron?

It looks like we're going to get SuperJase to the rescue once again. I think I would have liked to see Dante be the hero for a change.

And what was that whole deal with Lulu falling through the floor into the water?! Seemed a little random to me...but perhaps it's an excuse to have Dante come to the rescue?!

ok i was just looking at some cool lante tributes on youtube but i have a request would anyone be up to making a dante tribute with the song "whatta man" by salt n peppa plz.the song seems to fit dante for me....
