Okay so, for years I was a secret Liaison fan, Im talking about ever since Carly slept with Sonny(yuck!!) and broke Jason's heart! He was shot and Liz found him in the snow.
I lovvvvved their friendship and chemistry. Jason was so captivated by her, even though it was clear she was still grieving for Lucky, they were 'friends' first and foremost.

Then they had that imposter return as Lucky, and there went anything happening between them. Thus began the historic push/pull we now as 'LIAISON', I still held out hope, secretly

So Jason returns, and just when I think "AT last, god golly miss molly, at last they are coming together"
the writers break them up (before anything really even got started!!!) He gets with corny Courtney then Sam and she gets with Ric then comfort zone Lucky...womp womp
womp...~)

Fast forward to the end of 05' to early 06'
POW!!! We get a glimmer of hope, a reckoning that was a long time coming!!! Jason and Liz, but with the NEW HOPE came the long tedious road of, far away, longing glances, the what-ifs, the marrying someone else(Lucky)when I really wanna be with you and the infamous "Your life/My life is to dangerous for the boys' speeches...blah blah blah. FOR 3 YEARS THE WRITERS MADE ME SIT AND WAIT FOR THEM TO MOVE PAST THAT CRAP!!! And for what, how was I rewarded for ending my boycotting the show and returning a faithful viewer, along the way discovering new characters to like...? I tell you how! They have Jake get kidnapped.. again, and have that be their final epiphany, "Your life really is too dangerous"
For three...long...@$$ years man! And here we go again.
Liz, and the forbidden love, her...boyfriend/ex-husband/fiancee's brother, Nicolas! Really?
I cant...I cant go down this road again. You mean to tell me with all the fresh meat Gh has on canvas they couldnt have paired her up with anybody else?Anybody?
I am sooo tired of them writing her as this sad, single mother, pitiful thing that goes back to Lucky, only to start wanting some one else.
Who's next on the list...Spinelli?

I have to agree with you. Can they give this girl a storyline that hasn't been recycled TO DEATH? To me, this story is just re-written with a different name. The story with Ric was her only original storyline and that was my least favourite pairing of hers.

It goes to show that Liz REALLY DOESN'T love Lucky so why keep trying to make them a couple? He is safe for her but Liz has never been into "safe" men, otherwise she wouldn't keep running back to Lucky when other relationships don't work, only to realize she really doesn't love Lucky.

MOVE ON!!!!!!! Give this girl a good story that has NOTHING TO DO with Lucky being a possibility!

I persnally lke Niz but you are right the story is remove Jason's name insert Nicholas.

Maybe they are out of their alotment of paper for the decade and are haing to reuse the scrpits... Or it could be a save the enviroment thing?

I don't care if Liz gets with Jason (would I love it yes but if it didn't happen, that's ok too) but I just want her AWAY from Lucky as a romantic pairing. I will never get behind Niz (he just creeps me out, the character not the actor but kudos to those of you that like the pairing) and LL2000.......rinse, repeat, recycle!

I am wondering if Lucky really loves Liz even because when they are together, he ALSO does things that mess it up. Perhaps he is the same, he feels Liz is "safe." Either way, end this atrocity! They were SO happy as friends. They will OBVIOUSLY ALWAYS care about each other and will be there for the boys but the love just isn't there, so they need to stop throwing different men in there to PROVE Liz doesn't love him. Liz needs to just tell him she doesn't and be done with it and she doesn't need another man to do that!
