I was wondering about that too alissain. Either it's as you state...that there's a spy in Nik's house...or Helena sensed something was up (she's a perceptive one) and kept asking questions/making accusations until she got her suspicions confirmed.

Nothing surprises me when it comes to Helena. She is perceptive. She just creeps me out. One tough lady!

i was wondering the same thing. ithink it is alfred or like some of you said she sensed something was up and then made accusions until found out. she is alittle creepy because she knows everything about nik. it's like he is all she thinks about. but i still love her.

I think she picked up on some vibes between Nik and Liz when she came into the hospital and played her hunch. Liz just fell into her trap. Speculation only

Well I'm thinking since there are camera's all over windamere she doesn't need a spy. She just watches surveliance footage. Thats how I think she knows so much of whats going on, but i also agree with others that helena is very perceptive and just picked up on a vibe, and Liz just fell into Helena's accusations.
