General Hospital - MESSAGE BOARDS

One of my hero's is Maurice Benard (Sonny GH) for many reasons .One is his struggles with bipolar that is an open book regarding this debilitating disease .
Maurice has volunteered his private fight so that others may learn from it and how to control it to better their lives.

I think that His character Sonny is the just the best on General Hospital because of Maurice's ability through his exceptional talent to allow the viewers to see Sonny's layers unfold. We see him as passionate, moody ,intense and vulnerable..Sonny is a seductive character because Maurice gives him an ambiance and essence.

There are fictional characters who are intensely interesting, and so powerfully portrayed that he is either hated or loved and admired tremendously. Sonny Corinthos is one of those characters. Sonny is deliciously complex and extremely sensual . Add a smidgen of danger , darling dimples and the deepest dark eyes that can cut you in half with a look or melt you with desire. To say that Sonny is merely intriguing is a mild description of his enigmatic appeal.

I agree! even though Sonny is involved with the darker side of Port Charles, he still has a sweet side and Maurice Bernard does a really good job at making us fall in love with him
