Ok what did I miss?

Last week I was watching GH and saw where Sam got out did that not happen? OF course it didn't happen was it a mistake or was someone dreaming? I don't know how I got messed up on the whole thing. I would appricate someone telling me what happened thanks.

Tthey showed that cuz that's what happens ...Sam will escape and the metro court will blow up...they showed a preview of what is going to happen...d'ont know if it helps but I tried.....
