I can only hope their love will endure until they are old and gray with their children and grandchildren by their side. What a beautiful love story with a happy ending. |

Quote fefe428: It seems like we may have to deal with being very "spoiler deprived" for awhile. I read somewhere that TPTB are keeping any and all information about the James Franco storyline under wraps, refusing to let any information about the specifics slip out. Since JaSam are supposedly heavily involved in the story it stands to reason that we may not be able to find out much about them either. I guess we'll just have to wait and see. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! What shall I do??? How will I survive??? |

I don't know...I have this picture in my head of all of us spread across the country sitting in front of our computers swaying back and forth yelling "I need a fix...I need a fix"!!! I hope spoiler withdrawal isn't too painful!!! LOL Who knows..perhaps they will let little bits and pieces out and we can sustain ourselves. Of course, there are still those out there who are convinced that despite all evidence to the contrary JaSam aren't going to be around very long!!! Apparently spurred on by the conversation that Jason had with Lucky today. Since I haven't watched today's episode yet I don't know what that's all about, but I guess if your desperate you'll take whatever you can get in the form of hope!! |

I have seen today's epi and I failed to see what they could have seen/heard that has spurned yet another round of "We Will Survive" despite the fact that Bob Guza told ABC Soaps in Depth that Jason and Sam are in it for the long haul this time!...Seriously they need to open their eyes and see what is right in front of them~both on the screen and in print! As for the spoiler withdrawal, I know from personal experience that it hurts like a .... but hopefully since there are so many of us we can keep each other strong and help each other keep it together until we reach the other side of this horrible JaSam spoiler drought. Hey that can be our theme for the drought...We will survive, we will survive, hey hey! |

Quote fefe428: Quote cincyghfan: Quote McLovinSam: Quote Jasam09: Quote fefe: Now I've already admitted that I tuned out of GH in 2006 when it became clear where the writers were taking JaSam. I just couldn't bear to watch...and truth be told, my life also got in the way, so I thankfully missed out on witnessing the whole Liason thing, and I can't bring myself to even watch clips on YT. However, tonight I watched their break-up in the courthouse, and if those scenes were any indication of the intensity (or lack their of) in their relationship...I didn't miss anything. Talk about a snoozefest!!!! That was what they had to tear our couple apart for!!!! It had all of the excitement of watching paint dry. I feel bad for the fans that waited all those years for the couple. I'm just thankful that the world is right again!!! I've only seen clips and heard voiceovers of Jasam breaking up in music videos, and little bits that I've seen or heard, have been some of the most heartbreaking things EVER. There was so much anger, and hate, and detestation, and heartache in the words they threw around at each other. It just pains me to think about it. I wasn't watching then either. And I can't bring myself to watch it on YT now. Too hard. But here is the thing: The writers knew they were tearing apart something so beautiful, that they had to make it believable for them to stay away from each other for good. They had them do unthinkable things, and scream and yell unthinkable words, for it to work. I think that the fact that their break-up was so hard and disheartening is a testament to how powerful they were to each other. Liason???? Not so much. As you said, that break-up was a snooze fest. I saw some sadness, but their lives weren't ripped apart like Jason and Sam's were when they went separate ways. I think it says something about the couples when compared with each other. Thanks for bringing that up. I've never thought about that before. Oh god...that look that Sam gave to Jason when she walked out the door, the look in his eyes...just broke my heart. It was so powerful... actually look at their first break up as well when jason broke up with Sam in the hospital...Sam had me in tears. Kemo rocked those scenes. With liason it was just sorta like "ok this chapter in my life is ending but thats ok..." it wasnt like this gut wrenching life shattering thing. Like god forbid something happened between my husband and myself...it wouldnt be this polite breakup...it would be earth shattering for me. I can admit that Jason and Liz loved each other at one point in time but it wasnt the kind of soul mate, true love, forever and ever kind. That look between Jason and Sam sustained my hope for them reuniting. Jason's face said it all, the women he loved and adored, the women he was FURIOUS with, the women that held his heart in her hand, the women that was his happiness and light was leaving him. Powerful stuff! I can imagine that it was incredibly powerful, which is why I was so surprised about his break up with Liz. I mean the Liason fans swear that Jason and Liz have this incredible love that is so powerful, but I just didn't see it in this break-up scene. I mean you could tell that he was not happy, but he didn't look like he was in pain about not being able to be with her. It seemed the pain he was in had more to do with Jake. IMO the feelings he has for Liz are more about the fact that she's Jake's mother. They aren't built on the all consuming love he has for Sam, where the person is a part of your heart. I'm do excited to see where the writer's are going to take their s/l. Let's hope it does them justice!!! I have never doubted that Jason loved Liz. I just think the love he shared with Sam was very different. Sam and Jason's love was extremely passionate. Everything they did was full of emotion and depth, from the silly humor, to those gut wrenching confessions of love, even how they broke up, their love had energy. I never got that from Jason and Liz's love. It was very flatline, it lacked a spark, it lacked a pulse. That is why I am not surprised at how they broke up, it matched how they loved. |

Very fitting Cincy, their loves/relationship is/was FLAT! It doesn't have any energy or life that I have ever seen! |

You said it sister!!! It's obvious LLL likes to give it up, atleast to everyone but the guy she's with.... but she showed NO passion with Jason - the only fire I ever saw was that hissy fit she threw when he had to cancel dinner at her place one time. |
jasam4everna...![]() |
IMO Jason never really loved Liz at all. He just loved the idea of having a family. Liz was like some robot creating that white picket fence family and like you said threw hissy fits when he "couldn't come home for dinner." Also had to add, SID had a quote from Guza who said "Jasam is in for the long haul this time" and keeps hinting at a possible wedding for the two. |

People are going to belive what they choose. But, it's obvious that Jasam in back together. Some people will grasp at anything and try and spin it into their favor. We know where Jason heart lives. We have this thread to celebrate their love. |

I'll believe this when I see it on my screen I could actually see this playing out, and IMHO it should, we know Jason loves Sam it's only fitting he should be concerned about her welfare and safefty and the danger she will be facing by taking on his life again especially as it almost got her killed in the past. perhaps this will open up the communication between them and get them talking about some of those issues they've been pushing to the side for so long. I REALLY REALLY want some 'I love you's' and 'I'm sorry I hurt you' coming from both of them really soon. |
