Odd pre-empting question

Odd pre-empting question

Thanks to this website, I found out that the episode that's aired in the US on Friday is the same as the one shown in Canada (and probably other countries) on Thursday.

Now...Other countries already aired their episodes. It was pre-empted in the US on Friday due to the holiday.

So, does that mean that we miss one day's episode entirely? Or, if they make up the day, how do they do that?

The episode shown here in the US on Friday was a re-run from May when Michael woke up. What was shown in Canada on Friday?

Hi! We saw that same re-run on Friday. Our holiday (Canada Day)was on Wed but it showed a new one...we get the regular ABC programming as well. Mon-Thurs new episodes, Fri-re-run.

It was the same here in Dominica....same rerun on Friday (and our holiday is in November!!!! )
